They wanted a feedback on how a car dealer handled my enquiry and I told them exactly what happened and they say they are moderating. Fact is the salesman did not return to me with information as agreed. Now Autotrader says they removed my review on their system because I wrote my experience on that review and I don't know what their moderation will undo the false promise by the car salesman. I will never use Autotrader again. I will use platforms like cars.co.za or carfind. This Autotrader, funded by the very same uncaring car dealers who most of them overprice cars and Autotrader hide the market average prices
These are ****mers. People must not waste their money and buy shares in Easy Equites. They will sell your shares without your knowledge and the money will just disappear. I sent them several emails to ask them to close my account and they don't want to close it. There is no option to close your account on their website. These are ****mers and I will never buy shares on this platform
This company is selling unbranded Chinese solar control chargers as FiveStar charge controllers. What is described by the manual does not operate their charge controllers. They say these chargers are MPPT but they just cheap PWM charge controllers with no name on Temu website. People must be aware and stay away from the Fivestar charge controllers sold by Solar Warehouse SA. They are just reaping off people.
I visited Mit Mak Motors in Pretoria North to buy a car, but they tried to pressure me into expensive extras like "Mandatory Warranty". They said they are protecting their reputation by forcing warranties on customers even though the CPA prohibit this practice. Customers must be allowed to choose want they want. This is a pure profit scheme, often useless or massively overpriced, and this dealer pressures buyers into accepting them by making it seem "mandatory", whereas they don't want to cover the car they are selling just for the mandatory 6 months.
Went to Vodashop in Mokopane (19/12/2024) to have my router checked as I was having problems with the router. At the Vodashop I was "assisted" by a very rude guy called Tebatjo. As he was busy assisting one of his friends who works at the adjacent Pick n Pay came to the same work station where the guy was assisting and the guy said he can assist two clients at the same time which I disagreed with. Well, I called Vodacom Customer Care and there was nothing they can do. Now, the following day when I checked my account, I was now subscribed to some digital content services which was not activated by me. This subscription was activated by the Vodacom employee because the time correspond to when I was busy trying to get help at the Vodacom Shop. I called Vodacom again today (20/12/2024) to report this ***** and Vodacom said there's nothing they can do their employees can do some *****ulent activities on customers accounts (I spoke to Anelisiwe when I reported this ***** activity by Vodacom's employee and she said there's nothing Vodacom can do. The only thing left for me to do is to open a ***** case against Vodacom Shop Mokopane (in particular their emploee, tebatjo) at the police station and thereafter cancel the contract because Vodacom employees are the ones activating digital content subscriptions on customers accounts and when customers report this *****ulent activities Vodacom says there's nothing they can do to their employees who do crime on customers' accounts.
The two men there, Marius and Shaun and the rest of Fourbuy will **** you. They sell rebuild cars and once you realize that there is a problem to be fixed, they will tell you bring back to be fixed, then they will park the car until you enquire if it is fixed, then they will say it is fixed you can come collect it. They don't fix the cars and they work with a network of so called mechanics who send **** invoices just to make you believe that they fixed the car. If you trade in your car, they won't settle the account as per the agreement, you will have to pay two car installments and force them to refund you. Marius and Shaun, just be careful, they are dishonest.
This review is particularly for Virgin Active Tremshed. I have a Virgin Active contract with the Tremshed Club. On the contract I stated that the debit orders must be deducted on the 20th of each month. Now, Virgin Active decided to debit on the first of each month. Now, the issue is, they block my card and say the payment is late. I tried to talk to the Tremshed people, and they are arrogant and unhelpful as they say I must call the head office. When I open the contract they did not tell me to go to the head office. When they are supposed to fix their admin mess, they say I must call head office and do so arrogantly. It is annoying because even their machines are broken most of the time. Their steam room is not hot like a steam room should be. You have to stay in the for at least 15 minutes before you can can even feel the warm steam. Well, I am not surprised because according to their maintenance personnel called Pleasure (what a name), the steam machine is new. But he also mentioned that they take the old machines from other Virgin Active clubs that are upgrading or closing down. So basically, the Tremshed club is just collecting membership fees and don't maintain or replace the warn out machines. They must rest assured that when my contract lapses in October 2023, I will cancel and move to another Gym that know that their paying customers deserve what they are paying for. People who want to join this particular club / gym must be aware that, the only time they will get assistance from this people is when they are signing up for a contract, after that, they don't care.
I bought a router on the 8th March 2023. I got an invoice and they say they will deliver within 1-3 days around pretoria. On the the third day, no delivery and no update as they promised. I called them on the 10th March 2023, they said the router is being dispatched. This does not make sense because they said they will deliver within 3 days. After some minutes I got another invoice that insinuate that I bought the router on the 10th March. These scams must repay my money if they can't deliver the good I paid for in good faith. They falsely mislead customers on their website and they don't keep their promise.
I had a contract with MTN. The contract lapsed on the 2nd October 2022. Now, per the contract terms, on the 5th September 2022, I wrote a cancellation letter to MTN to notify them that I am not upgrading nor continuing with the contract. That is I am cancelling the contract as it has lapsed. Mapitso Skhosana from MTN's retention department acknowledged receipt of my cancellation letter. On the 12 October 2022, MTN reactivated the contract and I don't know under whose instructions because I have sent them a cancellation letter on the 5th September 2022. They further claim that there is an outstanding amount of R337.55 which is a lie because that amount was deducted on the 20th September 2022 (and that was the 24th debit order and my contract was for 24 months). The contract cellphone number was 083 843 2487. MTN must know that they cannot force me to have a contract with them. I will go to my bank and stop all their future debit orders and should they carry on debiting my account illegally, I will reverse all their debit orders. People must be warned to stay away from MTN. They are unethical and their network is very poor with no network coverage for almost half of the day every day. Regards KL Revombo
I want to right about the unfairness and unprofessionalism of Unisa's Financial Accounting 1 lectures and their IT team. We are supposed to complete assignments online and submit to unisa. Now this my case. Assignment 2 of FAC1502 was due on the 16 July 2021. In my case the assignment was never posted on myUnisa. I have been trying since the 15th July to access the assignment online but it is was never available. On monday 18th July 2021 I contacted the lectures via their email about the issue the response was that I was assigned to a group (which I know nothing about) and I missed the due date. How do I miss the due date if I was never given the opportunity to complete the assignment (because the assignment was never available on myUnisa (personal login page). Is Unisa trying to fail black students intentionally by excluding them from accessing assignments. All their telephones given on the website or tutorial letters are not functional. I want Unisa to refund my money for this module because I am not given a fair chance to complete assignments like everyone else.
