I am no longer getting eBucks benefits/rewards, and nobody can tell me anything straight between FNB, eBucks, and Wesbank. Each is blaming the other. Two cars and a home loan are financed by Wesband and FNB, respectively, and other bank accounts. I am upset with FNB considering interest and bank charges they are making from all of this. May somebody please investigate and help to get this resolved? At this stage, my opinion is that FNB does not care about it's clients and does not consider all factors and circumstances.
Good day, On a Saturday, I mistakenly clicked an offer for a Norton VPN contract, and when I saw the mistake, I immediately cancelled the Norton VPN as I did not need it and don't know how to use it. After cancelling, I received an email stating that they were charging me for a pre-mature cancellation of VPN to the value of R2160. I then phoned MWEB requesting that it be cancelled and I do not agree with the cancellation amount charged. The guy I spoke to said it would be tricky to cancel as it is by an external provider. He said he would come back to me and never did. On 31 August MWEB deducted the pro-rata VPN amount from July and a full installment for August 2023. This is daylight ******* and unfair on me. Today 04 September I phoned MWEB and the lady asked me to hold while she investigated and I held on for about 10 minutes following which the call was dropped. I need MWEB to please cancel this urgently as I cannot afford to pay for the VPN. The cancellation amount was equally unfair to me when I cancelled quickly. They can check how long it took me to cancel, they will see it was not used even for a second. This is not the device that I opened and would have been compromised and therefore cannot be returned. It is a service that mistakenly took and when I saw the mistake I wasted no time in cancelling. This is really unfair to the consumer.
Good day, What started as a nice transaction has now left me frustrated. Hyundai was quick to phone me when I was purchasing a car but now they don't answer my call nor do they return my calls. I have been waiting for a car disc and up until today it has not been delivered. What is more frustrating is that no one can tell me how long it takes to get a car disc. Can someone help me urgently.
I bought a Whirlpool stove and oven in December 2021 at Game Stores Clearwater Mall. I have had nothing but frustration with the stove. I cannot find a chemical to clean the stove, it is very very dirty. Dirt is just piling up on the stove. I went to the shop at Clearwater and the sales lady referred me to Whirlpool countless times I have been there to complain about the stove. The impression she is giving is that it is not Game Stores problem they are merely selling for Whirlpool/KIC. When I contact Whirlpool/KIC, they recommend products that cannot be found in the market to clean the stove. Ntombi Mnisi from KIC/Whirlpool keeps on recommending different products for cleaning the stove. I don't know where I am supposed to buy them and it seems like she is just googling and sending me what she thinks might work. She is not vouching for any or helping me to check who is selling cleaning chemicals. I have had a silver stove for the past 10 years with no problem at all. So, it is definitely not because I am careless. This stove is my worst nightmare. Then yesterday as I was cooking, the stove knobs made a loud noise, as if internal cables were burning then our stove stopped working after making the main switch to switch off. As it is now, I have a dirty stove that is not working. I have not had the stove for a year as it is, and it has only been a misery. Both the lady at Game shop Clearwater and at KIC have not been helpful. I am not happy with Game Stores and KIC after-sales assistance. The most difficult part is that the R6700 used to buy the stove and oven is money down the drain.
My car was involved in an accident end of January. I started speaking with AutoMagic Strydom Park on 01 February 2022. Proof of payment for excess was emailed on 07 February 2022 After delays from getting parts and miscommunication internally at Auto Magic Strydom Park, the car went for repairs on 03 May 2022. When I went to pick the car, later in that week, there was a part they did not fit as they said they do not have it. I have been following up ever since, they promise to phone me back but they don't phone back. As it is now, the car is not fully repaired and the question is, what other damage might be taking place. FNB temporary loan structure is a rip-off. On 02 June 2022 at night I applied for a temporary loan and it was approved and funds transferred to my account. I did not use the funds and today money was deposited into my account and immediately temporary loan took that money. How is that possible when I have not used the amount and with interest? It defeats the purpose completely. This is a rip off. So much interest as well?
I ordered a Pizza online to be prepared and delivered from Debonair's at Alex - Johannesburg. AFTER PAYING ONLINE I received a call from someone supposedly from the shop to inform me that they were going to charge me R15 delivery fee - I must pay that money when I receive my order. Why was that not mentioned on the order so that one considers delivery charges when ordering online. Now I have to to ask people to give me R15 as that is the whole reason I ordered online - I don't have cash and besides, why are there additional costs after the fact? After one has paid?
I have been asking Truworths for the longest time to investigate and cancel a Swaziland account illegally opened in my name. They are not removing the profile and I am worried that this will mess up my credit profile.
Good day, I have recently learned that Edgars has adjusted by account and repayment terms without my permission. The account now has an interest rate charged at 18.25%. There is Insurance (account protection plan) and subscriptions that I never agreed to. I was wondering why my instalment has dropped so much.
I am not impressed with Incredible Connection Clearwater at all. I bought my son a Laptop on 09 January 2021 and the Laptop stopped working/just went blank. I took the Laptop to the shop and it is now well over the 15 days period but the Laptop has not been repaired or replaced. I told the rep that the Laptop is used for school work. My son is really struggling to do his work without the Laptop. I am not impressed at all with the aftersale I have received. It seems like they do not care about their clients. With how I am feeling now, chances of ever buying anything from them anytime soon are next to nil. I paid a lot of money for that Laptop as we needed to buy a good quality product.
