Day 2, and the blame game has now started between Link layer and Cool ideas. I have no Fibre and using mobile data after day 2. Pathetic service.
New customer, not connected as of 1st Dec 2025. Now we start the famous ISP blame game. Cool ideas say they are waiting for Link layer and Link layer say they are awaiting for Cool ideas to change my passwords. Now I am using mobile data, two days later. Pathetic service, and I am yet to become a client.
A55, no watch and ear pods. You or your courier service, Skynet, need to hand the goods over. Poor service, Samsung, and false advertising with the aid of Telkom.
Over a month and still waiting for watch and ear buds that are advertised to come with the A55. Chased to Samsung who then chase you to courier company. Courier company can not get hold of.
Store makes you wait a week for a device, when phoned they say there is no device in the country. Online has them but have to wait until 12 Dec. What's up, Telkom. I have been a loyal customer for many years now
Poor customer service. String you on for 6 months to get a loan to then reject you at the end.
40mins this week, and email - no help. "we will call you back within 12 working hours", "we are in a meeting" and then call is cut, "high call volumes". it is not like i have R100 invested either.
9 days with a burst geyser, no hot water to wash or shower in. We have correspondence from an Ashleigh Abraham's telling us that the claim is approved and that the money is in our account. Where is the MONEY, Ashleigh and Discovery Insure. I want this sorted out today. I want hot water. Worst service we have had from a insurance service provider ever. We have just changed over to you for household content, BIG MISTAKE.

3 hours to be attended as a 2 year old. PATHETIC. But you got paid as he walked into your hospital. Service, none. My boy is has bronchitis and he is in respiratory distress and my wife has to moan at nurse station for someone to see him after an hour in the ward. 4hours later and can not reach a doctor.
