Bad experience from a consultant at "legal department" never felt so disrespected by Sebezile Masindane, speaking to my husband like he's nothing, and expects us to take her instructions but never listened to a word we said. My husband had an accident on the 17th Jan, the insurance towed the car the same day, only to return it on the 27th Jan with nothing fixed, I'm so disappointed, we bought the car for e-hailing, he hasn't worked for more than a week, and they obviously expecting a premium to be paid at the end of the month, I'm really not happy with budget insurance. What an appalling experience
I took a phone to Edgars in Sandton for warranty on the 17th May 2025, it's been a month already, when I followed up with a consultant on their WhatsApp line, I was told they sent an email to Sohva, I must tell the insurer to reply to their email, I was told they would speak to the manager, and revert back to me, but they all chose to remain silent. When I took the phone in, it was in good condition, the last time I went to follow up, I found it with scratches and not as I left it. I have pictures to prove it. Suddenly my phone had cotton wool on the charging point, how? I don't know. Can someone advice on how to report this further.
I took my phone to edgars to be repaired by insurance (Sohva) on the 17th May, I sent Sohva the pictures of my device in good condition, the only problem was that the charging point wasn't functioning well, I got a call from Pretty 2nd June, I went to edgars in Sandton on the same day, and was told my phone was rejected because it has cotton on changing point, someone fiddled with my phone it even has scratches now, they had my phone for 2weeks, no one bothered to get it from edgars, after the premium has been debited now suddenly there's a problem? I don't pay for excuses, I need a proper phone. I cannot be paying R255 for insurance for nothing, I got the device less than 6months ago from them, why would I need cotton to see what the issue was with the phone? I'm disappointed at both Edgars and Sohva.
I bought WhatsApp bundles for R35 on the 13th July 2023, which have not been allocated till today the 20th, but i was rewarded with 3.5 Vodabucks. On the 14th I called customer service but was referred to TOBI the BOT, of which it was hard for TOBI to understand because he is an Automated Machine, I then asked to speak to a human, with no success. Sent an email to customer care, got a reference but no call back. I went to Sandton branch, but they could not help me because I bought the data online via capitec app. Can we please speak to humans, its really tiring not being able to express yourself. Kindly serve your customers well, this is really frustrating.

On Sunday the 17the July, i was at church and got an sms saying that i have renewed my contract, of which i did not, i then contacted cell c and handed an affidavit, and opened a fraud case with cellc, i have not heard from them, the only time i get calls from them is when they try to sell me another contract, im really disappointed. My premium went up, i got debited for something i do not know about, and when one calls the customer service, you are always taken from one department to the other. Im sick of cell c. Their consultants are obviously trying to make commission at our expense and nothing is done about it.
I wanted to exchange shoes at toughees because it was a fitting size, wanted a size bigger, I sent an email to toughees, got a call back that a driver will come collect the shoes, and I should send an email once the shoes are collected by their driver, of which I did as instructed, they will then deliver the new pair. The shoes where collected on the 21st February, I've been waiting since then. I've been sending emails, but there's no response.
