If only there an option for no stars 8 emails later A 15 minute call and 4 people and still no assistance. Over 60k and they cant tell me where it is and R66 left in my 2 pot for retirement These people are jokers that's for sure If I knew the service was going to be this atrocious I would have never signed up with them. And urgent matter and no one can answer me a week later. Rating should be in the minis as even a zero adds more value to anything. The app is the worst I have ever used. My large suitcase was damaged by Flysafair They offered to reimburse me with R350.00 Unbelievable. You cannot buy a vanity case for that price. My suitcase is valued at R1100.00 I now have to fork out money for the damages and inconvenience they caused
If I could give 1 star I would. received my layby today and was not very happy with the service received at stonehill crossing Greenstone. I returned one item after paying everything in full and they refused to give me a refund of the item. I was given a voucher instead which I am absolutely very unhappy about. According to CPA as a client I am entitled to a refund of items I no longer want. I do not want a voucher please. Your store needs ro add more details on your slip like other stores regarding laybys. Ackerman, PEP in fact any store allows a refund if items you no longer want. I returned home and the one item doesn't fit and I would like a refund of the voucher and the 1 item. Its only fair. The sales lady told me I can only get a refund within the 10 days of the purchase. How is tht possible when a layby is over 3 months. That doesn't even make sense at all Im not very happy at all and would like my refund please. Retailers can't just make up their own rules
My daughter received a gift with gift voucher, tag and packaging in tact. Since July we have unfortunately not been able to find anything for her that she likes and we thought going back and getting a voucher would be best until she did but we never got to do so until now...she finally found something she likes at Truworths Eastgate in Johannesburg, But of caus it's way too late. However I do feel with us having everything needed to do an exchange I don't understand why we cannot be assisted. Yes it must be within 30 days, but sadly Truworths is not for everyone as we know, especially a 14 year old girl who's style is not Truworths. I'm extremely disappointed that such a massive retailer cannot take this case as merit and assist us. She was so delighted to find something but sadly was disappointed as no store will assist us. Even Edgars Eastgate assists with a gift exchange after 30 days. Also, the bag is still available online, so if the item code was no longer on the system I would sort of understand... But this is not the case. How can no one be willing to assist us
So after a dozen emails on funding out how to sort out the track pants I got my daughter I eventually had to go into a store. Wait for it. Where I couldn't exchange as the in store price was more than the ones I got on sale and had to opt for a refund. So you can't exchange online... Takealot Superbalist Zando all are able to do the exchange online and they collect the incorrect item and deliver the exchange item all in one go. Cotton in do better. Very disappointed
If I could rate no star I would. Have had Rain for just over month and have had endless problems since the first week. First we had our SIM cards sent to us..closed if caus, but when we checked the billing the airtime or data in there had already used. They sent new ones. Same case. So for the second time on a Father's Day Sunday we had no WiFi. When hubby called today to complain the consultant clearly didn't understand how to help. When being asked if we want to cancel we said yes....but being a Sunday and tomorrow a public holiday hubby said. No don't cancel but for now please have technical assist and fix the WiFi as we cannot wait until Tuesday. She could not understand the request.
After waiting for 30 minutes they tell me they can t findy lay bye. Such a schlep because you have to wait so long every single time you collect a lay bye. Clearly the system they have does not work at all. If there even is a system
Had to give a star to give review. At wimpy Greenstone mall and after half an hour of waiting we are now told it's crazy busy. Don't have a full house if you can't run the place and serve everyone present. Worse service ever.
Clicks Karaglen Mall I met the most unfriendliest pharmacist ever. I know her name but not sure if I can mention it on here. As I have my script I particularly requested the generic of whatever I needed. She proceeds to give me a non generic for all 3 of the meds and the one being an Ibuprofen I recognised on the shelf and then again requested she give me the ine on the shelf which was a generic. She then seem annoyed that I asked to have the generic as that meant her printing her papers all over again. She was extremely unfriendly. Also didn't ask me for my clicks card nothing. No good bye. Just handed me my things saying nothing
BASH online- please do better. after checking online- BASH shows the item i want is in stock at 2 stores TOTAL SPORTS CRESTA, CRADLESTONE - after holding for 32 minutes - store says sorry they dont have it- call another store, same story no stock. so BASH why show us that there is stock in store when there is not.
