Honest and excellent service
The staff are very honest - I forgot my handbag in the restaurant and the next morning I could retrieve it from the friendly staff. We enjoyed our week there tremendously, with all the amenities and games like Bingo etc to play, it was excellent.

Game - now the friendliest
Game store in Curie Ave Bloemfontein has the friendliest and most helpful sales attendants in the city. They also have regular worthwhile specials, which makes it easier to return to them. Also there is plenty free parking.

Fastway couriers - Away
Fastway couriers should remove "Fast" from their name. They received my parcel on 4th August in Bloemfontein, a Thursday, and I received it late on Monday the 9th. I was expecting it to receive it at the latest the next day, if not the same day that they received it, since they received it at 06:32. I communicated with them several times, and each time had to speak to a different person, who promised it would be delivered by Friday, then Saturday, and then I just gave up communicating with them when it did not arrive even on the Saturday. I have screenshots to prove the sequence of arrival at Bloem depot.

Again outstanding Falcon Beds
So because of previous good service and a great bed, I bought another bed. Once again, excellent service. Dirk again arranged transport for us and followed up and informed us of delivery time. After having the bed two days, Dirk followed up and found out whether we were satisfied. We are extremely satisfied and happy, my bed benefits my back and I am very happy once again.

Amazing Falcon Beds with Excellent Bed and Service
Dirk went the extra mile to get our bed in Bloemfontein. He phoned several times to confirm and followed up once we received the bed. Amazing bed at great price! We have never slept so soundly! Keep up the good work, Dirk!

Checkers Sixty60 app is the best food retail app in SA
The Checkers Sixty60 app is the best food retail app in SA. None of the other biggies Asap of PnP, or Woolies offer the function of replacements if the first choice of food is not in stock. The Sixty60 app responds fast on inputs as well. Their app is easy, intuitive and colourful, even sometimes funny. What can you do to improve? Give a 10 minute wait that I can add something I forgot. Invariable I remember something just as I completed the buy.

Dead end communication through web and customer care no MTN
Calling MTN Customer Care regarding a new contract, leads one exactly nowhere. The options are so limited and does not include speaking to an agent. The website advises you to call 083135 and that number gives you 3 dead end options: query MTN number - press 1 (new contract, no number!) mobile money - press 2 (no!) report no - press 3 (again, no!) Covid19 info - press 9 & listen to menu again star

Best Black Friday delivery period ever Takealot
Well I have been a customer of Takealot since the Kalahari days. Takealot have exceeded my expectations as my Black Friday order was delivered on the Tuesday after Black Friday. Well done! That was excellent. Over the years, I have had no complaints, only praise.
