I ordered dinner from Col,cacchio Meadowridge this evening. The order was accepted and I was told 40 minutes for delivery through Uber Eats. One hour and 40 minutes later I phoned the restaurant to ask where my order was and they said another 20 minutes. One hour later the order had still not left the kitchen. When I cancelled with Uber eats as I had to feed my children, Uber charged me the full amount as cancellation citing. In their words “sorry but the restaurant takes the full amount when they accept the order. If I had been told they were backed up and would take so long I would have ordered from somewhere else. And I don’t expect to pay over 800 rand for something I could not wait for 2 hours for. Ridiculous. And there is no comeback. Just a useless bot. Don’t order from them

Only a pity I can only give them 1 star. Why is it that every time I order from them I am frustrated beyond belief. Shocking customer service and no control over drivers. People use Uber Eats. Mr Delivery is so **** I cannot believe it
I have been billed by Telkom for more than a year for a device I never received. But despite calling several times I cannot get through to a human to sort this out. And their website does not show anything. I think the only way to deal with them is to cancel my debit order and see them in court. This is ridiculous. Do not use this company EVER
I received an urgent payment from lancet which should have gone to discovery. And then - I made a mistake and paid them twice. I am happy with the first payment but the second one, although being my mistake, is now impossible to get my money refunded. This is for my mother who is a pensioner and can't simply afford the outlay.
So sad that I have to resort to social media to resolve an issue. But I ordered from McDonald's Plumstead and not only was my food cold when it arrived, but there were several items missing from the order. And I am now on hello Peter as I tried the contact us from the McDonald's app and website and it does not work. Ridiculously bad customer service.
have had the worst experience with FNB Business banking with regards to my company setup for. FNB platinum business account. The process started nicely enough with the documents submitted and the card delivered but then everything went to hell. I have on multiple occasions tried to register online for business banking to have a message saying a consultant will be with you shortly. And no one has ever called me back. Then after spending over 6 hours on the line with FNB over 2 weeks I have been promised that my case has been escalated and that someone will resolve my account. But to date this has not happened. This is now the second card I am struggling with. Why why why?

The process started nicely enough with the documents submitted and the card delivered but then everything went to hell. I have on multiple occasions tried to register online for business banking to have a message saying a consultant will be with you shortly. And no one has ever called me back. Then after spending over 6 hours on the line with FNB over 2 weeks I have been promised that my case has been escalated and that someone will resolve my account. But to date this has not happened. We have money in our bank account but are unable to do anything with it as FNB have shown their incompetence in dealing with this issue. Right now - I want my account closed and FNB to refund the monies deposited. But after another hour waiting in the queue to try and cancel the account and being put on hold. I have given up. What useless service
Firstly - let me state that I am writing this on behalf of my domestic worker who has been suffering in silence until I talked to her today and found out the shocking truth. And here it is:<br> <br> In May last year - Princess (her nickname) cancelled a R60 bundle phone monthly amount. She duly went into the MTN store and signed the documentation. She then proceeded to upgrade herself to a fully fledged postpaid contract. Thinking she was now moving up in the value chain. She cancelled her 0732719121 number and applied for a new one as per her new contract<br> <br> Then - exactly 10 days MTN cut her off. She immediately went into the bank and paid here R 100 for her contract. Thinking that this would resolve it. I even sent a POP to MTN last week to their collections department to show the POP. 1 week later I received a query from them saying that they needed the account info and POP (which I had already attached). <br> <br> Since that time we have also discovered that MTN never cancelled her previous number and have been billing her for the use of the which has caused an amount to be owed which she does not owned. And now despite the POP being sent a week ago - her phone is not operational
