I am so frustrated. I gave cartrack a debicheck mandate for cancellation as I changed vehicles and added a new one to my husbands account. I was debited 3 times. I even emailed to notify them when to debit and that something was wrong. Is this how you do business? By robbing customers. I want a refund
Sibongile was great. I claimed for glass chips on my windscreen. It was finalized politely within minutes. Repair was done no challenges.
My helper doesn’t have access to these platforms so i would like to assist her. She has submitted a claim in May for her pension fund. To date she has not been paid. She sits on the phone for ages and consultants don’t even pick up. No documents are outstanding it just seems like no one is attending to her.
My contract has been cancelled after 24 months and I have given 30 days notice however I am still being charged every month. What’s going on?
I am so disappointed being a customer for so many years of this bank. I pay off my credit card this month only to be still charged all the finance charges when nothing was due.
I went to this Carwash for the first time on my way to the verulam licensing office as it was close by. The staff firstly took forever to wash my car there after I did not realise my child’s cellphone was on her seat in the back of the car and when I returned to enquire the owner says his staff didn’t take it. The cellphones last location was the Carwash and it still has not been switchedvon due to biometrics. He has no cameras and he refused to compensate me for the device when he clearly told me he would arrange a payment plan. The owners name is Ray. Don’t use this Carwash the staff are rogues and the owner is a horrible old man who has no accountability.
I must compliment this service. The app is efficient and the service is great. My foods were delivered around the estimated time. The driver was friendly and called me by name. I was debited correctly the same night and refunded for the items that were out of stock.
I have been trying to get hold of the call centre for the past two weeks to convert my laptop contacrt number to prepaid as the two years has just ended and all that happens is you wait until the call cuts off. I have been to two branches namely King Shaka where the contract was taken and to Gateway however all the unhelpful staff say is sorry mam we cannot help you please contact the call centre. It would certainly help if they answered!!! I am trying to avoid getting billed for an extra month here. So could someone take some interest in assisting me.
