Extremely Poor Service and Lack of Communication from The License Co (Jurie Zietsmann) I am highly disappointed with the service provided by The License Co (Jurie Zietsmann) regarding my liquor license application. After months of waiting, I have received little to no communication from the company about the progress of my application. They failed to include my contact details in the application, which led to me missing critical updates and notifications about the status of my license. Despite reaching out multiple times, their responsiveness has been inadequate, and I am left in the dark about the process, including how to address objections or delays. Their lack of professionalism and transparency has significantly delayed my business plans, and I no longer have confidence in their ability to finalize the application. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before engaging for any licensing needs. Their inefficiency and poor communication have been a frustrating experience for me, and I am now in the process of appointing a new representative to rectify the situation.
A solid 1-Star Review I purchased an Isuzu bakkie from this dealership 3 months ago. The quoted price was R259,000. I ended up paying R284,500. They added smash and grab windows which they charge me for. Added a service onto the cost as well as an 2 year warranty plan which I don’t think is legitimate. Little to my knowing the only way to redeem any form of services on your warranty plan was to take my vehicle all the way back to Strand which is far from where I live. Their so-called authorised dealer who renders any form of maintenance or repairs on your vehicle based on their ware plan is absolutely atrocious. I’ve had to return to Strand five times now, and my vehicle still isn’t in 100% running condition. When I drove out the dealership the Aircon never worked which is something that they should’ve checked being a dealership who buys and sells vehicles there should be checklists in place to ensure that the vehicle you buy is it 100% running condition. Not with these guys! In order to repair the Aircon they had to remove the dash when they put the dash back in place were many rattles and they clearly didn’t put it back together properly. I’ve sat for 6 days without a vehicle in attempt to get my bakkie back up and running properly. To make it even worse I realized they use secondhand parts if anything goes wrong with the vehicle during the warranty period. If the part that they ordered doesn’t fit they just make a plan, how’s that? To put the cherry on the pie, when the warranty provider last worked on my vehicle my airbag light came on he told me no it’s fine just keep driving it will turn off! After investigating and speaking to proper mechanics the fact that the Aircon light is on means I don’t have any bags in my vehicle so they let me drive off without airbags! Anyway, I wish I read the reviews before my purchase. Hopefully, this saves you a lot of pain and you make the right decision.

I paid for 2 months yet when I call the call center it hangs up, then I log a request for help. A few hours later they call me, if I don't answer I get a pathetic email saying we tried to call. When I'm not at home and request a call at a later stage, NOTHING! Over R900, not a single meg downloaded, 0 support. I registered/attempted registering a new business with FNB two months back and have yet to received my documents. I have queried the FNB account that has been opened which I cannot transact from as it gives me an error code 50682 and each time I call in the consultant tells me the same thing. I have followed every step of the FNB process and yet they cannot seem to follow their own process.

The worst service i have ever received! I returned my De Walt drill, 21 days no feedback, multiple phone calls! I would recommend buying stuff on Takealot or a tool supplier that is more serious about customer service.
I bought a dishwashing machine for R4000 and they never delivered, Mr Shopper is a fraudulent business, they don't answer the phone no do they deliver. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
