Be careful, be very careful, charged me R1200 for a callout, asked for a R4300 deposit for parts needed and was never heard from again. So be very weary of this ***** who takes your hard earned money and runs away
Pls be careful when dealing with Rowan Lamont from Saldana, he took my R8000 and was never seen again, he is a ***** who will run away with your hard earned money. BEWARE!!!
Once they have your money it's GOODBYE So unless you are the type of person that loves giving money to ******, rather stay FAR FAR away from this lot
Pathetic service from start to finish-Bought a 2 seater which was in stock and we could sit on it etc- and ordered a 3 seater that was ordered from another branch, was told it was much bigger and big enough for 3-4 adults- When the couches arrived the 3 seater was 41mm/4.1cm bigger than the 2 seater???????? The sales person Shaheen van Schoor was useless and just blah blah blahed, but nothing was ever done. BE WARNED STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT
Ordered temp sensor for my 1.4 bakkie in january, bakkie went in for service in march, bakkie was kept in workshop for 3 days waiting on sensor, no sensor-paid for the service and sensor. Its now 5 april and still no word.Requested that they cancel & reimburse me-really pathetic because i live in langebaan 120km away and thought i would take the bakkie there for a service.Never again UPDATE-Reeds did postnet my temperature switch to Langebaan for me at their own cost. UPDATE 19/04/22- SO MY SENSOR ARRIVED AT POSTNET AND GUESS WHAT??? IT WAS A WATER SENSOR AND NOT THE OUTSIDE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR STIPULATED ON THE QUOTE-WORDS ESCAPE ME RIGHT NOW.........................
After nearly 3 yrs of zero claims, I tried claiming for my bakkies broken ignition keys(R10000), the remotes rubber buttons had perished due to wear and tear. I was asked to fill in the required details with pics, which I did. But the emails kept coming- where did it happen, on which date, why did they break.I am a busy person with limited time and don't appreciate their claims process as they are the middle man between yourself and the insurers so instead of speaking to one person, you are always been sent questions from another which has been sent from another.I decided to rather cancel as I was used to a faultless easy claim process in the past with previous companies, and not being faced with lots of stupid questions, which in my opinion were just a smoke haze to not pay.Turns out it was the best decision in a long time.My new insurance company is bigger better and much more professional, many many more benefits for R1000+ less per months Unfortunately I took the bad advice of a colleague and ultimately 'Paid the price' Judging by the reviews, it seems like these little mickey mouse places just want to suck you dry and won't pay ANYONE out in a hurry if 'Their Insurers' can get away with it.Stay away-You HAVE been warned.

Motolek VREDENBURG Only take your vehicle here if you are ok with being lied to continually. My wifes car stood there for 2 weeks and every time we called it was the same answer- tomorrow tomorrow. When she eventually went and fetched it, they had´nt even touched it. Stay away and rather go to a professional place, not a bunch of liars who waste peoples time. WESKUS DIENS OP SY ERGSTE!!!
Don't bother wasting your time with this lot, they expect you to pay them to come do a decent quote. After I was quoted a excessive amount to repair my leaking roof, they quoted me for only one part of the problem and when I asked why they didn't spray water on the roof to see where all the leaks were, was told that it would cost me R1500 to come do that. the individual doing the quote Glenda got an attitude as well telling me if i was not that lazy I could of done that myself to show them.Problem is, I am not even in S.A. to do so.Anyways rather go else where as this lot just seems like another con outfit to get your hard earned money.
so this is how this works- you ask if an item is available and get a long blah blah blah mail in reply basically telling you that they only use the finest and best retailers etc to make sure every effort is made to get the product you want. then once you make the order and pay u get informed that the product is NOT available. you must basically order something 1st before you will know if its available or not??? s.a. service at it's amazing best eh:):)scary to think that companies like this actually exist!
