Impossible to get a refund after they charged us for a shipment, we paid online, we were later told that they do not collect from our nominated country. We have been waiting for our money to be returned since February.
Been in contact with them since October, still no word on my parcel. Constant promises of call backs, nothing. New Whats app that their automated answer machine swears is the easiest and quickest way of resolving delivery issues. Hasnt been answered in 3 days! Absolute joke, avoid sending anything with them as
Only after we booked and paid the deposit, were we told that Seven seas dont collect in our area. Not a problem we brought my mum's stuff up to my office and packed the goods there. Full amount was paid as per quote from Johannesburg to Glasgow. Delivery inspection is arranged in Glasgow, my mum (who is 75 waiting for a knee replacement and has scoliosis) is told that they will deliver to the bottom of the street and she must carry it up the hill to her house. She told the delivery man that its impossible and he told her he might be able to arrange her a wheel barrow!! Then comes another 250 GBP charge for clearing in london and delivery to Glasgow, which i paid on the first quote!. Mum was called yesterday and told they will deliver, to the bottom of the street, so she must arrange to get the goods up the road or clear the entire street between 2 - 5pm. What a sad joke Seven Seas is. I can tell you at the end of the year, i sure as hell will not be using this crowd.

Charges paid on 1 shipment over 2 weeks ago, POP sent, still waiting on the goods to be delivered. Another shipment landed a week ago and I still can not get DHL to send me an invoice for the charges, infact they have not even notified me that the shipment is here. Try calling them, I may as well try to get hold of Bill Clinton.
This company says they have cover of R378000 per truck their insurance is fake, they don't have any! do not pay them any deposit until they show you insurance coverage. Since January I have been contacting them and every time they have a different story.
<p>I have been using this Spar for 25 years (no less than 3 times a week), even before it became a SuperSpar, however over the past few years i have found the staff to be lacking in their customer service. I have mentioned this a few times to the management. Its unfortunate but i feel that the staff are getting worse and as i said to the cashier the other day, if she hates her job she should leave and let someone that needs the job fill her position. Recently i took one member of staff to task regarding her attitude and behaviour, her response was "Im tired". Guess what we are all working and all get tired, thankfully most of us can still do our jobs though. It has now reached the stage i would rather go to Woolies or the Petrol station than use the Spar in Sunninghill. What a shame, over and above myself, I know of at least 3 long standing clients that wont be back!</p> <p> </p>
<p>I need my head read. I continue to go back, well no more. After a couple of months we go back hoping things are better, again we need to have our heads seen to. I have had it with the bad service, wrong orders and short supply that this branch seems to thrive on. I have complained and sent emails in the past but apparently customer service is not a big concern. The staff are so lazy they cant even be bothered to put the burgers together properly. Overall the place is a huge NO-NO</p>
After requesting a simple phone on upgrade that can do the same as what she has (i.e. call and whats app), we discovered the new phone does not allow for whats app. Numerous visits to the store, no resolution. Staff totally rude and unhelpful.<br> Store manager is asked to get involved. I have never dealt with such a rude arrogant man that blatantly does not accept any complaints. I was warned by at least 12 people not to go to this store due to the attitude and zero assistance (a list of all the others that will now not deal with this branch can happily be supplied). The staff and manager need to be replaced as they are a disgrace to Vodacom.<br> Our matter is not resolved however we are taking it to the consumer council<br>
