The colour of the door insite is faded away and the vehicle is 7 months old, after 2 weeks you could see something is wrong.I went to the dealership they took some photos, follow up with Annemarie van der Sandt in October and end of November, I did not get any reply back. On the 4th of January 2023 I phoned the dealership , it was confirmed by the receptionist that she's not working at the branch any longer. I spoke to the service manager Derick, he said sorry but I must bring the vehicle in that they can took photos for the second time. I filled in a form with my details, with the new admin lady that replaced Annemarie ( Chantal). She said it will take a week then she will let me know, they will put in a warranty claim. I phoned the dealership in the beginning of February, the lady I spoke to said there,s a problem with the claim but they will let me know. I phoned the dealership again on the 23th of February , spoked to Derick he said I must bring in the vehicle for photos for the third time... There's no service at all, fix my vehicle ASAP Suzuki, I won't hesitate to take this further!
We have a very old Karcher pressure washer, and don't get any parts on it. Last year we bought 2 K2 pressure washers (End of October 2020). One we bought from Makro and the other one from Takelot, we use it for our cars, and our paving, a very small part of paving. The 2 pressure washers are not a year old, and it's having the same problem , water is leaking out of the tank. The one has been return to Takelot and the other one returned to Makro , 4 weeks ago. If you phone Makro you holding on for almost 20 minutes and then you have been cut off. This morning we went to Makro the find out when we going to get the pressure washer back, then I found out I was giving a qoute to repair the pressure washer for a R1600, from a R1600 you can buy a new one. But besides that I just want to say Karcher South Africa I'm so dissapointed in your product K2. There's 3 , K2's standing in Makro's return office, what does that tells me??!!! A very BIG product name in South Africa and they are not going to repair the product or give a refund on it, and it's not nearly a year old!!! So you want to tell me , there's no gaurantee on your products........ I will not leave this here, I'm going to take this up with Beeld if I don,t get a reply back from you , as soon as possible!! Now your reply back to Makro was the condition, really you must been joking!! Nothing was wrong , or broken on the washer. Your excuse must have been better than that.

Hi a week ago I emailed Econo Heat , I bought 2 electric blankets a year ago . One Queen and one double bed size. No service , they don't even email or phone you back. The 2 x electric blankets just warming up on one side of the bed.... Paid a lot of money for this product , because it's washable. Used for a week, and put it back in the box ..... So it will be much appreciated to get a answer on this matter. You can't complain about the service, because there is no service!
On the 1st of December 2019 I bought a mens watch for my husband on Ebay, after many time on e-mails and chats with Ebay, they wasn't been able to help me. How can you manage to sell / buy goods on Ebay if Ebay cant assist with straight forward info that they must assist you with. The company / the seller on Ebay , I have contact him numerous times for the following info. On the Ebay app you have the tracking info, the tracking number is incorrect. THIS parcel can't been traced nowhere!!!!!???? Ebay told me I must phone Paypal to log a new dispute, no joy with them as well. This parcel of R2000 is missing, and no tracking and no reply from nobody, not Ebay or the seller. Thank you Ebay it's NOT a pleasure doing business with you. My cell no 060 989 5183
Acc no: I4400303-4 I'm getting no joy with Vodacom. I wrote a review last week on Hellopeter after my new contract was declined. I'm a Vodacom customer for +/- 5 yrs know. My contract is paid by debitorder each and every month, I did apply for a new contract last week, the lady at the Vodacom store told me the new contract was declined. A guy from Vodacom phoned me and told me I must go back and ask for a decline report to find out what's the problem . On Saturday I went to a Vodacom store and today to another Vodacom store, and they just say sorry they cant help me with the decline report. So Vodacom tell me how must I know what's the problem if you're not able to help your customers, and they don't know what I'm talking about. I'm not going to ignore this bad customer service problem until I know what's going on. The new contract was declined by you . so please sort this out immediately. Or otherwise I will stop my existing contract via legal advice. I have nothing against my name that I'm aware off. So why not go the extra mile for you customers?? It's not my problem to sort out your issues.
Vodacom you service is absolutely pathetic. I'm a Vodacom customer +/- 4 - 5 years now. Every month my account is paid by debitorder , on time no problems. I went to Vodacom yesterday to take out another cellphone contract , my account no I4400303-4, I was shocked that the lady informed me that it won't be possible for me as a loyal customer to get another cellphone contract !!!!! How do you exactly calculate that? ? Vodacom ?? If that's Vodacom's attitude , I won't prefer my future customers to Vodacom.

Now after installing the WI-FI today , EVERY SINGLE MOVIE/ SERIES ON CATCH UP MUST FIRST BEEN DOWNLOADED, BEFORE WE CAN WATCH IT!!! WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH DSTV, PAYING EVERY MONTH +/- R1000 FOR THE PREMIUM PACKAGE, THE OLDEST MOVIES AND PROGRAMS YOU CAN IMAGINE, AND NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN FROM TODAY WE MUST DOWNLOAD EVERYTHING WE WANT TO WATCH!!!!!??????? I have never had any dealings with Mag Zone and I don't know how they got my banking details. They have been illegaly debiting my account for 36 months . I have never checked my bank accounts and now all the illegal debit orders is showing up , I will definitely check it from now on!!!
