Miway are Daytime ******s!!!!
My Claim took 4 Weeks to be approved after Miway's bad service and their Witch-hunting at all my 5 other service providers...Thanks to HelloPeter..Done Now at payment stage, I expect Miway to Pay my item, which was insured for R35 000 and I paid premium for R35 000 worth less our agreed excess... No, Miway wants to pay me R26k less excess...meaning R23k...Wow!!!...Never!!! Now this issue is sitting for nearly 2 weeks at their Dispute department...Soon Ombuds... I insured R35k....I need R35k paid back...Simple...I refuse any less... This is Mi-Nightmare!!!

Miway Business Insurance is Ineffective and Evasive!!!
Miway is holding my business at ransom for a month now...By failing to replace my Cellphone after my Incident. All other Service providers replaced what was due by them within a week....Mighty Miway is taking forever and wants to look for loop holes and take the long way....How long must I wait for your HAWKS Department???? No updates...No Feedback...Officials always on Lunch...Its a mess!!! Not only are they expensive but now evasive...This is Pathetic!!!!!

Value Logistics is Value-less....Sies!!!
This Value Logistics has no value for Customers, They failed to replace a very frail Vehicle we rented from them for a Week...A week! Why give us an Unroadworthy Vehicle..? Why don't you honor your promise to give a replacement in 4 hours? Why did nobody apologise to this day? When we complain, they close our account...Bravo

Value Logistics has given us a 18 Year Old Truck that has issues Every second Day....Bonus is, they want to blame us everytime for their Frail Truck... Another Bonus is we have 9 Hours down time today...and they are doing nothing about it....Value has changed meaning....

Very very Bad Bad Bad Service at Festival Mall Branch....100 days to open an account...No updates...Nobody is taking responsibility...Nomthandazo and Lucy there threw me under the Bus... IT system cannot take files larger than 1Mb....System is not receptive of opening accounts for businesses...Its a mess Why did I try buy a Patio set from these incompetent people still baffles me...

Kempton FAW is Incompetent
We bought a 5 Tonner from FAW Croydon....3 Months later it is still not delivered....Back and forth incomplete Contract Documents....Worst Service ever...They dont even bother to explain..... Was planningto buy 3 more...No More!!!!
