This complaint is on behalf of my mother. And the only reason I'm putting up this complaint is because I myself am so sick of the terrible attitude by call centre agents. <br> <br> Let me paint the picture. My mom is sitting in hospital waiting for an appointment with her oncologist. She is suffering from stage 3 cancer, and is about to go into Chemo for treatment. She is stressed out of her mind and uncomfortable. While she is waiting, she gets a call from Multichoice. And another, and another over and over and over, eventually answering the call to explain to the person that she is busy, please call later. The person sold her a warranty extension or something for R35 a month. Great - but as she was going through the terms and conditions the oncologist called her as she was ready for her. My mom explained to the consultant that she needed to go, the doctor was ready for her. The consultant INSISTED they finish the call. Eventually my mom put the phone down as she had to go.<br> <br> During her appointment, this consultant called abother 7 times in a row. After my mom had JUST told her she is with the doctor.<br> <br> This is DISGUSTING. Why call over and over and over and over. If your client is busy?
Seeing that Barons Tokai is completely ignoring me, and Barons falls under Barloworld, I'm posting this to you. This is after I posted to your Facebook page being asked to send social@ an email which was also ignored. So now everyone is ignoring me. <br> <br> This will be my last attempt at a resolution before seeking legal council.<br> <br> I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Barons Tokai early Feb. It had it's hard-top on while on the showroom floor. I was assured that the soft-top was in good condition and would be included (as it comes standard with the Wrangler). After weeks of broken promises, the soft-top was finally delivered. However only the roof. No windows (left, right or rear) were included, no parts (plastic clips/screws) were included. Making it impossible to fit the soft-top to the Jeep. Apart form 90% of the parts for the soft-top being missing, the roof was in terrible condition. Looks like it's been standing outside int he wind and rain for years. It even has foot prints on it!<br> <br> I want the remaining parts or a replacement soft-top as soon as possible as this was supposed to be part of the deal from the start.
I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from Barons VW in Tokai several weeks ago. The Jeep was in great condition on the showroom floor. I enquired about whether or not the soft-top was in good condition and would be part of the sale. I was assured it is and would be. The Jeep had it's hard-top on on the showroom floor. I couldn't inspect the soft-top as it was in storage.<br> <br> I bought the vehicle the next day.<br> <br> After dozens of follow-ups and broken promises, the soft-top was eventually delivered. However 90% of the parts were missing and the only part delivered was in bad condition. Terrible actually.<br> <br> Now they ignoring me!
We have been getting calls from these people for days now. We have said we are not interested in a new contract a dozen times. Now they have stopped calling our mobile numbers and moved to our home numbers and office numbers.<br> <br> This is getting ridiculous now. PLEASE STOP CALLING!!!
I keep getting calls from 031 833 2700 or 031 833 2707. Googling around I saw these number pop-up for iWYZE. So heres my complaint!! STOP CALLING ME!!!!!<br> <br> The person asks to speak to Michael. I'm not Michael. When I ask what it's in connection with, they say it's not my concern and put the phone down in my ear. No point calling back because they cut the call.<br> <br> It's INCREDIBLY rude to call someone and not even give an explanation as to why. If they got the wrong number, just apologise and move on. Why be rude about it and cut the call? Why not answer my calls when I phone back? I know how call centers operate, but this is the reason why call centres have a bad name. It's just the way they treat people. Firstly you inconvenience someone by cold calling them in the first place, then treat them like rubbish on the phone and couldn't be bothered to answer your own calls!<br> <br> STOP CALLING ME!!! I am reporting this abuse and spam everywhere I possibly can.
I have been getting calls from 031 833 3707 and 031 833 2700 now for days. Several times a day. When I answer they ask to speak to a Michael. I explain that this isn't Michael's phone. I don't know who a Michael is. When I ask what it's in connection with they tell me it's not my concern and put the phone down.<br> <br> When I call back, they drop the call. <br> <br> Eventually someone said they calling from the Mr Price group.<br> <br> Now can I PLEASE BUG YOU TO STOP CALLING ME!!!
I must just take some time to compliment Riaz and his team who from start to finish registered my new company in only 3 days. I was expecting 21 days or more based on the research I've done. I'm totally blown away and how easy this was to do and thank Riaz and his team!
We have been ADSL clients for 15+ years now. Looking at our modem status, we can clearly see that our line can go up to 15mbps. All our neighbors also have 10mbps (fastest) ADSL Telkom offers. However, when we call to upgrade our line to the fastest connection, they advise that it's not possible in our area. Which is not true. <br> <br> The speed at which we were given an answer clearly indicates that the agent wasn't interested in processing our request.<br>
