On the 12th October i called the insurance for geyser burst and resultant damages. Firstly, i was told that they will not cover my loss because I did not take the geyser cover. I asked for the recording 3 times which I still do not have. The consultant promised to listen to it which took her 2 days to do so for an hour recording. There are no updates whatsoever. I kept on calling them for updates and get promised that a consultant will call me before 5pm knowing very well that they knock-off at that time. They called me to say now they will cover since it was not offered to me. Ok geyser was sorted and I paid the access. Now am told that I have to pay the access for the resultant damages which does not make sense and offering me peanuts as a result. It is my first claim with them but am ready to move to the one that knows the client centricity. If i was amending my policy i would have gotten an email before we even finish the call. There is not even one email on the claim issue. Their robot is also an issue. Every time I call it's the Rachel robot which takes more than 3 minutes before speaking to the human. Even today I was promised that the consultant will call me and no call as yet, I think its their way of getting rid of the client. Still no recording till this day.
It’s a great service provider. Minimal issues with the network however there is a long response time from their customer care. Either than that all is perfect

As a watchdog for SA i would like to bring this to your attention which should have be the oposite. The soft drinks tastes the same as zeros or diet drinks. There is no sugar and the price has not changed because they are saving on the sugar. There is no need to have the so called original, zero and diet. They all taste the same. Another thing is most of the products the size has gone smaller but the price remains, how? Nestle Bar One from 100g to 90g not only this but all the chocolates. Even the soft drinks. Why are we not informed about such since we are the consumers Mr Watchdog
I love my coke but for the past couple of weeks its been tasting bad, like the coke Zero. Then i realised that it has less sugar but it might as well be turned into the zero as there is no difference. I had been wondering if Coke just wake up and decide that they are going to change the size of the bottle and still charge the same price. Also change the taste without alerting the people who drinks it. Its now less sugar but far more expensive than when it had the real sugar not canderell. I have decided to try the Oros because i cant stand this new coke.
Yesterday we had another breakdown and the car was towed to Krugersdorp. We got a call that it would be attended in the next 48 hours by Vanessa (not sure if they do these things on a weekend). The suspected problem is the alternator which is not charging. I would like to expressed my unhappiness with your product. This car has been there to be fixed more than 4 times it’s a whole lot of different problems, some were immediately after the service which makes one wonder again!!. If I had a way of selling this car I would and NEVER buy a Ford product. It feels like you sold us a REJECT. We are even scared to use this car for a long distance. Also after all these headaches when we request a courtesy car it becomes a mission and we end up fighting and then it gets released. Just like the current problem we are going to need a car but we have to beg. No guys this is not on.
I had been on the phone holding for someone from the customer service from 8am till now no answer not sure if Telkom does not have consultants anymore. If they do it means they have more problems which they don't want to deal with. <br> I logged a call last week for my house phone 011 4100580 which has been out of service for almost 2 weeks. I got a reference number initially and I even got an escalation number 78790818. All the time when I enquire I get told that it has been assigned to a technician who will then contact me. I have never received a call from any of them or just a follow-up one.<br> <br>
On the 6th April 2014 i bought 2 Desire beds at the Mattress People in Fourways. Almost a year later i reported that one of them is making a funny sound. The manager Lester exchanged the base and i phoned him to say that its not the base. He contacted their supplier and a guy called Ridge came to my house on the 9th June 2015 to check. He confirmed that there is a damaged spring but he could not exchange as it was out of the guarantee period. I told him that i reported this to the shop before the 6th April. I then called the shop manager again who then said there was nothing he could do as that brand has been discontinued. I am now stuck with an uncomfortable bed. He asked me to check the warranty on the mattress and there is nothing on both. I asked him that do they really sell unwaranteed beds in their shop and he said no but he is unable to assist. I dont think i will ever but anything from this shop and its a reap off. I paid over R3000 for each.
