Karabo Molefe at the Waterfall branch made a mistake during my signing-up process. I would like to reverse the transaction and have my deposit paid back to me. It has been a month without any action, and I have not received my deposit back yet. I have sent many messages and had phone calls, he says he will come back to me but never does.
Today I was phoned 3 times by MiWay to offer me a quote. Three times before 10am. This should be considered *******. Thank you for giving me a really good reason to never become a MiWay customer.
Vodacom does not allow users to opt out of promotional sms's. I receive multiple messages per day with ads. I have opted out of every single possible channel on both *135&181# and the apps. The messages are just getting more and more. I have lodged this complaint before. It has escalated, and then they are quiet about it for months without actually handling the situation.
Vodacom does not allow you to unsubscribe to their spam messages. If you use the *135*181# number, and take the 10minutes to navigate through each and every menu to unsubscribe to the mutlitude of ******* they send, you will still receive daily noisy messages. I even took the time to phone them, and have them unsubscribe me on their side. I still receive messages telling me that I can get the best data deals by downloading the vodacom app (Vodacom, this is an ad!) I get messages about Prime video, vodabucks etc. I also cannot unsubscribe to them phoning me on a daily basis trying to sell contracts to me. I have phoned Vodacom, and they added notes to my account to never phone me, but the spam hasn't stopped.
I made and payed for a booking 3 months ago. I received various messages confirming and guaranteeing the booking, as I have payed way ahead of time. There were still many units open as well. On the departure day, I get a vague message on the Booking app saying that Beekman cancelled my booking due to overbooking. My car was packed, I was ready to go. Instead I had to sit for hours on the phone trying to find someone that can sort it out. It took 10 calls, 3 hours to be put through to someone that can tell me that the message was indeed true. The sad look on the kids faces that we cant go on holiday because Beekman operates it like an airline that overbooks and cancels booking literally the last minute. I will now stay clear of any Beekman properties.
I have been a client for many years. The service has always been great. Recently the service has become useless. I have two queries that I have been waiting for answers for weeks! And now my emails are now being ignored by my private banker.
Absolutely useless! They cannot do their core business well at all, and that is to deliver a simple package. They have been struggling a week to get a package delivered to me! And every time something goes wrong on their side due to incompetence, there is no communication!
Stay away! Extremely expensive, and they don't deliver a thing after 2019... I have been waiting for months. COViD isn't a good excuse seeing that everything is open now. They gladly took my money. But I cannot get a single answer from them and my licence is going to expire soon. I have wasted more time with the email correspondence than what I would have spent in any queue...
Worst courier in SA. I have an order through Fastway, and the package got delivered to a random person. It was picked up and again delivered to another wrong person!
I ordered online 2 months ago. I have not received my package yet.
