Korean spares sell substandard parts. I have a kia sedona v6. When i got it i fitted alfa brake discs it lasted 5 years and 42000km no shudder. I the bought a set of disc from korean spares. At 800 km its started shuddering. Got so bad that it was dangerous to hit the brakes above 100km/ h. When i went back to them to complain i was told its driver error or in their words abusing the brakes by braking to hard ( by the way its my wife's car)I then took them to get skimmed thinking it would fix the issue. It lasted 650km and shuddering again. Reason i bought from Korean is that the discs was R1500 cheaper than the alfa discs. I should have stuck with the alfa discs. Will never buy form them again and will never recommend anyone to buy there.
Worst courier service ever. Should rename them to Slow way couriers. Why temu uses them is beyond me. When my order was delivered by GFS express i got it in a week. I've been waiting more than 2 weeks and the past 2 days the tracking states on the vehicle out for delivery. Wasted 2 days of my time by sitting at home waiting for them. No use calling them no answer on any number.
I ordered parts on 06 Desember from online carparts. Afte numerous calls,emails WhatsApp's i am still waiting for my parts. NO feedback NO delivery and i took the next day delivery option. I want a refund ory parts. Absolutely ********** customer service or should i say NO customer service. I did that payment send the proof of payment 4 times still no feedback
We recently used this company to repair a pool. When the job was done we found that not all the repairs was dane as per quote. We then contacted Jaco and eventually he said he will fix it but we have to pay him an additional R8000 to do all the repairs. We paid the monies over to him and since then no one can get hold of him or anyone at at paint a pool. I will give him untill the end of business today 19/11/2024 to return the monies otherwise we will go the legal route to obrain it. I've had it with the zero customer service from cartrack. The are quick to take your money but non existent when there's a problem with my tracker. I had 2 vehicles at tracker for more than a year. Then a bought 2 more vehicles and decided to fit them with tracker also. Since day one the one vehicle's tracking is faulty. Around two hours after i drove it i get a call and sms of a power failure but the vehicle is fine. Not nice to get home after 11 at night go to sleep and 1 o'clock in the morning the phone rings cause of a power failure. After many call i got hold of someone to send a technician. Technician came but couldn't do the work as they gave him the wrong jobcard( one of my othe vehicles) he left and since then NOTHING from cartrack no call no sms no email. That was a week ago. Yesterday morning i again send an email. No response up to now. Spoke to my attorney and was advised that this is enough grounds to cancel my membership and go to another tracking company. No aftermarke service
I went to builders warehouse boksburg on 10/08/24 to purchase some items to redo my bathroom. I was told they can deliver it. They told me it will be delivered on Tuesday 13/08/24. I got my guys ready so they can start work as soon as the items arrived. Waited and waited. Started calling all over cause there is no direct number for boksburg branch. Eventually found someone that knows something and was told ther was some problem and they will deliver today 14/08/24. Then around 10 o'clock i got a call from them telling me they don't have enough stock of the mosaic tiles wich the sales lady was supposed to tell us when we bought it qnd they will deliver as soon as all is there. I then told the they Will deliver TODAY and the mosiac that is short will be delivered at their costs. If the res of the mosaic tiles are not delivered bay tomorrow 15/08/24 i will buy somewhere else and hold builders warehouse boksurg liable for the costs. Most unprofessional service i ever received from a large group like builders warehouse.
Tasteless and flavourless eisbein Don't order a eisbein at prairy hawk spur at springsgate. We went there on the 9th of june. I ordered the eisbein crispy. What i got was not crispy and had absolutely NO flavour at all. Had a few bites and took the rest for mt dogs at home. They didn't want to eat it. They wanted to bring me another one but i declined cause i didn't want another tasteless flavourless eisbein. They should send their cooks to grill'os at springsgate to teach them how to make an awesome eisbein. Needless to say spur will not be seeing me or my family in the near future

I have agreed to a amount on cellc and after a period of 3 months they changed my contract amount without me agreeing to it. I disputed the amount on capitec app as I did not agree to that amount and now they hand me over to attorneys. I have phoned cell c 3 times without any help. Please don't fall into their traps. Useless service.
