I made arrangements to pay R600 on the account as I am able to make payment now. You have handed my account over and now these idiots don’t know what I owe. Give me a balance finchoice. Doesn’t help I’ve been trying to get hold of your legal department for the last two weeks. I got hold of Amanda from the funeral benefit department and she said she would escalate it. I am still waiting.
I am submitting this complaint to highlight the shocking level of unprofessionalism I experienced when dealing with Jade. From the moment our conversation began, she was blatantly rude, dismissive, and arrogant. At no point did she demonstrate even the most basic level of customer service. When I challenged her behaviour, she made it clear—quite rudely—that because she is “debt collecting,” she believes she has the right to speak to customers in that manner. This is completely unacceptable. I have since been assisted by FunChoice’s legal department, who have handled my matter with the professionalism and respect that should be standard. They listened, acknowledged the valid issue I raised, and immediately began rectifying the situation. Had Jade bothered to listen instead of being abrasive and disrespectful, this matter could have been resolved much earlier. Given the severity of her conduct, I will be escalating this to the collections ombudsman. No representative should treat customers the way Jade did, and I will make sure this behaviour does not go unreported.
I bought a Silver Square Emerald Cubic Zirconia Ring I phoned the store and spoke to the sales lady she said she would call me back 2 weeks have passed nothing happened. I phoned again this morning explaining the ring has changed colour and the sales lady was so rude with me from Springs store. This is not the first time to experience such bad sales experience from this store. I want a refund or exchange of the ring which was very expensive in the sense that the sales lady did not say it would not change colour she explained it was sterling silver when I purchased it. And now no one wants to assist in the store to refund or exchange the product. I was told she is going to call the regional manager and come back to me and i am still waiting for her call. Never took my number or name so i am not sure which Casper she is calling back.
I phoned the call center to make payments on my loan account with Finchoice I received a banking account. Money is showing in mobile money but now I’ve been told it can’t be transferred. So can I get my monies back to allocate to my loan account. Refund my money. I spoke to Cindy who said it can’t be allocated but no solution to refund me. If you want me to pay my account why did the call centre give me the wrong details.
My account was with the unemployment insurance which was paying this account every month. Now I notice when I want to take over you have written off my account **********8. Please explain yourself. This is the most disgusting and pathetic way to handle this account. Not even communication nothing. HOw do we resolve this. Let me hear your answer.
My account was being paid by the unemployment insurance company. Now I see it’s written off. What where how. Why wasn’t I notified if the insurance company hasn’t paid. Why write it off. Account 85335215843. No communication. How do we resolve this issue

I asked in February this year and June again for my savings account to be closed but for some reason it just stays there and I am being told to pay fees on it everytime. Kindly close that account FNB I don't want it anymore.
I have a bond with FNB, I had a Overdraft, a credit card everything basically was moved from my previous bank and been with FNB for 30 years. I had spoken to the client services in Bond department that I am unemployed and am waiting for UIF. Not a single person told me about loss of income on my bond account. Why was this not included. the overdraft was paid off long ago but still shows I am owing you at the credit bureau, fix your records. My credit card and bond are not on the loss of income insurance why???? You handed me over to the Daly attorneys they handed me back to FNB saying no one told them I was unemployed and getting UIF and payments are being made accordingly since UIF has been approved. Daly attorney apologised for the inconvenience caused by the misunderstanding. You have put a very bad taste in my mouth right now FNB. I will be pulling everything away from you soon. No business account no family accounts, no insurances, no bond nothing...I am done with the experience I have been having with you, its been an ongoing battle and no one cares. I can give you names of employees who I spoken to since March but no one cared.
