still no response to my previous complaint on your platform and google!
Brilliant company to deal with,informed staff,friendly,get monthly statement and rebate every month.No hassles,efficient and i wish all companies could follow,Brilliant thanks to all ive ever dealt with.
I went to get an xray and sonar done on knees and portion of back. I waited quite a while was impressed with staff friendlyness and readiness to help. Had xray,under the ladies breath who did x ray she mumbled! better to have an MRI" which got me concerned .. I said nothing.Went to the sonar room where the lady who prepares the room explained that i would need to lie on bed and pssibly have to turn over for the back of my very painful right knee to be sonared and my left one too.The dr came sonared the front of my knees left said scan would be sent.I asked him if it could be sent direct to me as i was not going to go back to Dr.I also asked if he would mind checking my other previous x rays from a few years back to see if he could asertain what was wrong as he had indicated nothing was wrong with my knees. A few days later no report .i called and asked.It had been sent to dr.So i got it from dr. A week went past no improvement and a friend was massaging my right knee and commented on a lump at the back of my knee. She asked if my knee had been sonared at the back as the lump was quiete significant. I said "No actually i had been hurried of the table come to think of it and no sonar had been performed.I called proscan rooms several times to make appointments no reply on two numbers. I then drove there and requested my knees to be re done properly.I waited 3 hours! Several people were in and out and commenting on the wait and or left. I eventaully saw someone who also wanted me in and out ASAP as it was knocking off time.I asked where the owner was i was told out of the country.I asked for the lady who had originally helped me. Tld she was coming. I waited another twenty min and left. I aid obviously i was not important enough as R3900.00 ws a lot for me but obviously not enough for them to apy attenton to me and do my procedures corectly the ist time and not traumatise me .I do not do medical anything becasue of this exact thing of pure disrespect of patients time and feelings and i feel totally disrespected and abused.I went back again to enquire when the owner would call to discuss the lump which was now discovered after i insisted they sacnned my knees at the back. Im still waiting for the owner to call.I orinally was impressed but not anymnt care any more and will not recommend it and have told the drs at Rosebank and the dr who i suggested that he should send referal letter there not to use it again or recommend due to this lack of respect and not carrying out instructions on referral letter. Pity again to be traumatised and be forced to go back and get a proper scan done !
Let me just say.. You team doesn't pitch for meeting. I asked you to make sure no one was late. I had people here with 4 houses plus my two. Then you send me a quote which when you have no idea what my house is..not conventional..you have no idea of my needs and of my other property let alone the 4 others. I called and spoke to your "sales Manager at 11.30 to enquire where the person was..he said"i will phone and check and get back to you".I am still waiting..36 hrs later. I will be addressing this in the media of the unprofessional manner that the company has conducted itself. Unbelievable and unprofessional.

No service, We use Afrihost and they have escalated our problems since the 13th,still no connection to fiber. Randburg
I recommended this company as I have been with the since they started in a garage over 20yrs ago My friend has been shoved from one technical person to the other.She ordered 100mgbps upload and download.She has been invoiced several times even tho her service is not working. They are blaming Vumatel who is the supplier of fiber. This has gone on to long.My friend is foreign and also not computer literate (like they think we all are and talk in Jargon) This is shocking service.Then she did a speed test 50 and then another time 38mbps.This has not worked since the 20 th.Who can help.?
We admitted a friend on 25th July to olivdale. The lady concerned had no medical aid,the hospital literally refused to" look ,admit"her unless we pd R 10 000..Before she was allowed into casualty. I pd cash.She was sent to another hospital that night because we could not afford to pay the "deposit " which was estimated to be R350 000 for 10 days.We were told this did not include anything else.No procedures, oxygen, bloods etc.We could not raise all the money at once so they did not want to let her stay until we had raised the money. Since then we have asked for a refund and have had emails going back and forth. No luck! We have supplied all docs they want.No refund. So we went there 4/11/21 and we went to office and spoke to Jackie.She called Stennie and I spoke to her and she said she would do it the next day.Today is the 23rd of November. We want our interest and our money back now.
Good day, I would like to.make an official complaintvre your expectation that when a person opens your mails with the attachments(that has to be read in striata) that a person does NOT HAVE THEIR POLICY NUMBER WITH THEM..Why has this been changed from the previous version where ones ID would suffice (everyone knows their ID) This is a REAL OVERSIGHT.People will.now not open the attachments. I would like a personal reply,not a generic one with regard to this oversight. ps I dont know my policy.nos ,as it's not with me and especially not when I read emails on my phone!
