Hi. How long does it take to get power as units were loaded and shows in the account. If the money is reflecting why no power???

Kept phoning me to set up a will. Did that, charged me two months and NO ONE even bothered to get the will signed let alone get an original copy collected, so for two and a half months I paid for NOTHING, cause if I died/die all my belongings/money would go to NOOOOOO ONNNEEEE! When I wanted to cancel with immediate effect they said but wait let us phone you to talk and BLAHHH BLAHHH BLAHHHH! I wanty money back!
They are too happy to take your money, but not so much in assisting to get to the end result. A month and a half ago I informed rain to collect the 5g router, because it does not pick up the 5g in my home. Today is the 18th of August and this has STILL not been collected, which in turn makes this a month and a half that I have been waiting for the refund. VERY POOOOR SERVICE!!!
Here we go again!!!! Always late and not keeping the customers up to date! I have to give up and hour of my afternoon to entertain this nonsense because they send the parcel back without even phoning you and then if you do not phone to get a hold of them then they just do not give a ****mmmmmmm!!!!!!
What a bunch of incompetent people! Order was placed on the 27th of May, today is the 02nd of July and last week Friday the order was sent back due to NOT FINDING THE LOCATION, but NO ONE even phoned me to confirm where I am based or that the package is on its way! Today is day three that I phone (and of course you hold on forever) to get feedback and NO ONE even bothers to phone you back or give any feedback at all!! My work colleague also had to wait weeeeeekkssss for the delivery and when he eventually rocked up he had his girlfriend in his car and the package was in-front on his lap, how is that professional! Week 5 and no delivery yet!! What a bunch of clowns!

# ********** 9 - This order was paid for on the 9th of October and expected delivery was originally Monday the 15th of October . I Received a mail yesterday to indicate it will be delayed by one day, which was fine. # ********** 9 - However was paid for on the 03rd of October and original expected delivery date was the 18th of October. I got an email stating that it will be delayed until the 26th of October, which is unacceptable as this is a gift for someone from overseas and will be long gone by then. Surely, from the beginning a better indication should have been given with regard to what date it would be delivered. I have dealt with take a lot a few times and this is the first time I have this experience and it has broken my loyalty to buy something soon again or even promote it to my friends and family again. <p>In May I phoned three or four times to confirm if I can order a new card as my one would expire end June. All of them confirmed that I should not worry and that it will be ordered automatically. End of June came and went and I didn’t hear anything from FNB as they kept saying that I would receive an SMS. The 5th of July I phoned in and raised my voice a bit and told the consultant that I want to know where my card is and his response was that it HAS NOT been ordered. He then ordered one for me and said I should have it by that Friday. Went to the bank he said I will collect it from and they were under construction and that it would be at the closest branch. Today is the 7th WORKING day and I have still not received my card. I phoned the branch and the lady said it takes between 3-4 WORKING days for the card to get to the branch and that I would receive and SMS. I told her that today is the 7th day and she was rude and went on and on about the time period. She said she will transfer me to someone as she is busy with a client as if I am not a client of FNB and she put the phone down in my ear.</p> <p>It has been FOURTEEN days that I cannot use my card AT ALL and I honestly think that FNB do no care about their customers if it takes them two months to "order" such a simple thing as a card!!!</p>
I got insurance with Outsurance in November 2015 and the access is a lot of money. Angelo said that I could get back to them in 4-5 Months from the day of coverage on the car to see if they can amend the amount needed to be paid for the access. I e-mailed him on the 11th , after 8 emails no response yet.
