Possibly the best hosting company in South Africa. Not only do they have competitive prices for services that far outshine that offered by the competition, but their uptime is excellent. And if you think it can't get any better, you need to experience their impossible-to-beat customer service in both efficiency and speed. I have been with them for many many years and have nothing to complain about. Nothing. I guarantee you can't go wrong with Elitehost.
I tried hard to move my business's MTN packages over to them, but rather started with 3 new number. Well, a couple of system issues on their app wrt the RICA contact later the order was placed. Weeks later I cancelled the orders as it went over the ever-changing 'ETA', no support agent could tell me why or how much longer and trying to get hold of a manger was fruitless. Never thought I'll find a company that makes the process worse than MTN, but here I am writing this review. Proceed at your own peril.

However, I bought some pepper spray that according to their website expires in 2027, but the ones I received expires in 3 months. They don't respond to my emails and that's not how you do business.
Bought from then several times already and it's always the same experience. Good quality products with good prices. The shipping is super-fast too, so there is nothing to complain about. Very few of these companies around, so go on and support them.
They brag about how good they are and how many 5 star reviews they have but trying to register you start to wonder why that is. Useless. Registering is simple, but to complete the process is a nightmare. Their wording is incorrect and if there is a problem they tell you to contact them to correct some info. But contacting them they will transfer you to another department that will tell you to contact the same department over email. Not sure they even know what to do or understand simple English. They certainly don't listen to your query which is easy to understand, because they keep interrupting. Rather look for another option.
They use subcontractors and have no control on their delivery times or if they actually deliver the parcel. They just take your money and pass the control to the useless subcontractor. They also don't have any intention to assist in resolving a problem.
So I am getting bank statements for accounts that does not belong to me when looking at the ID number. Contacting ABSA over twitter, email and phone didn't help. It seems like protecting the personal information of their clients is not a priority of ABSA.
We always visit Montecasino on our anniversary and stay at the SunSquare hotel. This year we wanted to book the THE SOUND OF MUSIC SHOW & STAY PACKAGES. The problem is 1) You don't know what discount you will get on your stay before buying and submitting the show tickets when making the booking. You can get between 5% and 50% discount. That makes buying into this package a bit of a gamble. 2) With a lot of effort we managed to get a quoted discount of 50% if we booked the same day. We bought the tickets for the show and send it through to the booking agent shortly after getting the email about the discount. We sent it in about 2 hours later again because we didn't get a response the first time. Then we ended up receiving a reservation confirmation of 40% discount. Then there is another problem where the discount is only applicable on the Best Rate which is two three hundred rand more expensive than the SunBreaks Weekender option . We also didn't get a 5% discount when submitting our loyalty card details.
<p>So there is an error on my Emfuleni Local Municipal account and this started in January 2016. ELM knows about this error and have still not rectified it.</p> <p>Every month I pay the current amount as on the ELM statement and only the amount in error is unpaid. I even pay the interest on the account that is charged on the amount in error, so ELM owes me money by now!</p> <p> </p> <p>The problem is I keep on getting calls/sms's/emails from MBD regarding my account. The more I tell them that there is nothing I can do and that ELM have to rectify the account, the less they listen. I sometimes get calls with them 'thanking' me for my payment. I have paid my Municipal bill every month for the past 11-12 years, so that won't change. I have explained the situation to a manager at MBD and their contact person at ELM - Zolani - knows about this account error. It is impossible to get hold of this Zolani as the phone number doesn't work. He only responded to my numerous emails once. I have asked the people at the call center to help me get the problem sorted out with ELM, but they would rather harrass me even though I am the victim in this account error.</p> <p>I have now blocked the calls from MBD and implemented a rule for emails from the. The next step would be for me to go to a lawyer and lay a charge against MBD.</p>
