Good service
I have an FNB scratch and dent policy and have always just received positive service from motovantage. My last claim they could not repair the stone chips with the mobile unit and a new claim was very quickly authorised to take the car to have the problem solved. Big thank you to Patience!

Terrible build quality
In 2023 I Bought a brand new Haval h6 GT, just 2 years later and 21000km on the clock the front shocks have a fault and the dealership was not able to assist to resolve this matter. Makes for very questionable build quality

Best service
It's always such a pleasure dealing with dotsure, the claims are paid very fast and hassle free. Lee-Ann Heideman assisted with my last claim and it was approved and paid within a few days Thank you for the amazing service!!!

Excellent support
I recently had a support query and the first agent I spoke to was not helpful at all however the second one Juan C was incredibly helpful and simply made the process easy. He was extremely friendly and honestly I will use the service again simply because of the impeccable support I received from Juan C.

Best service!
Hi, I went to the TWT branch in Edenvale and it was honestly the best service I have ever received from any branch. The gentleman that assisted me was Darrel. The service and attention to detail was just impeccable and went above and beyond to make sure he checked everything. Thank you!

Worst brand, don't buy an RS!
I have an AUDI RS5, they have been unable to sort out breaks making the worst noise. Said its normal on all RS models to sound like you drive then without break pads. It's too embarrassing to drive the car anywhere. This would never happen on a BMW!

Discrimination
Discrimination against people with disabilities. I visited the thempark over the weekend and I was restricted from all the rides regardless if I was able to physically get myself into and out of the ride unassisted. The rides the park manager said I am allowed to go on is physically inaccessible. The reasoning I got was totally garbage and would deter anyone from the them park and essential means you need to shut down as you are violating basic health and safety laws.
