I've since requested a return with no luck, and no communication
It's very unfortunate and disappointing to find out from insurance that the car I bought from Jambo Motors was written off. They never mentioned any major accident happened to it. People must be aware when buying from them.
I received a pleasant service from Zolani who patiently made sure that my main issue is resolved. Thank you.
Very quick in taking your money but they don't respond when you lodge a claim. Their claim department doesn't respond to either calls or emails.
Ordered an item(pillows), they got delivered and went awol when I want return. Their order status doesnt change after delivery so that you can log a return on their site. Ive been sending emails without any response. I since sent an email for return on the 10 June 2020 until today no response. Order #2412829
I've since placed my order (#63689) early to mid March 2020 and I'm yet to receive that order even now. I've been informed that it has been shipped since the 23 March 2020 and still haven't received it. I've followed up, they since said it'll be delivered after lockdown, and now the deliveries on open they don't even bother replying to my emails. And there's no where I can track it down like other online businesses do.
I ordered an 18" Straight Peruvian wig, instead they delivered a curly...OK fine I straightened it. When I put the wig on, I saw that they actually used 1 bundle and a 6" closure. It's way too light and doesn't look good at all. One looks like a rained on chick :-(. I had to buy another bundle to fill it and a longer closure, it was like buying a new proper wig. I'm very dissapointed. And I'll advise people to not buy from them because they're a reap off
