We had such a wonderful experience with Alumo when they installed our solar but after installation support has been terribly disappointing.Current our solar charges the batteries and this energy is being used during the day but at night it uses Eskom electricity although the batteries are fully charged.My husband have logged several calls with them and have send mails only to receive no feedback and support.It is so frustrating as we are going to end up with huge Eskom bill when we could have used our solar energy.
Placed my order on the 8th of November.When following up I promised I would get it latest Thursday.Today is Friday and still not received my package.I have a huge project that I needed reflective clothing tape for and now I have been delayed with several days because I am waiting for the tape to arrive.No one informs me of the delays unless I follow up.Today response was’ My apologies for the inconvenience, there seems to be an error with your package which we picked up yesterday, we are currently investigating and hope to have it resolved before the end of the day.In the worst case scenario we will resend a new package to you on Monday’ Bad service and won’t buy from them again.
Don’t ever order jewelry from them.I ordered earrings for my daughter’s birthday on the 13th.On the 15th it was out for delivery and delivery failed.Same happened on the 16th so I phoned and was promised the 17th delivery which was my daughter’s birthday.Today is the 20th and still no parcel.I send a mail to Little Miss Grace.They came back and apologized and then nothing further.Apologies isn’t going to get my parcel delivered.They do nothing from their side to help. Don’t ever order form them.
On 13th February I ordered a parcel and 15th February it was out for delivery.When it was not delivered I checked the order status which said ‘delivery failed’.The same thing happened on the 16th so I phoned to hear why delivery failed.The rude lady said the driver could not finish all his deliveries so they will definitely deliver on the 17th.Today was the 20th and still no delivery.I phoned again and spoke to the same rude lady and was now promised delivery on tomorrow.i needed this as a gift for my daughter on the 17th.I have no faith that I will receive this tomorrow. Do not ever use them as they won’t deliver on time and if you follow up you have to speak to an unkind and rude incompetent person.
I read reviews before I placed an order online.Most reviews are complaints that they don’t have stock and you struggle to get your refund.But still I went and placed an order and guess what…a few days after placing my I was informed that there was no stock of the weather station.On the 27th of October I received a credit note but I have still not received my refund.When following up I just got a response to say it was send to the accounts department who will act duly. Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Do not buy puppies from this breeder. This is a scam! They will ask you to rent a crate and tell you that it is fully refundable and then also ask you to pay insurance for the puppy which is also refundable and you will never get you puppy or the refund.

I bought a four poster bed from Bunkbedsa. When I received it it did not look at all like the picture that is on the website. The colour is much lighter and it is made of poor quality wood. Not even all the wood pieces are stained and the ones that are stained is unevenly stained.When I mailed George to asked for a return his response was that it is perfectly made and it can be darkened after assembly. So I am now expected to make it look as on the picture on their website.I am really disappointed as their service was excellent but the product is extremely poor and won’t recommend anyone buying a bed from them.
I purchased a Chelino High chair for my baby on 06/12/2018. We didn't open and use it yet as the baby was still too small, but purchased it so long as it was on special. On the evening of 16/01/2018 we opened it to assemble it, put the parts for the booste seat is incorrect and does not fit on the table. I arranged collection there and then and emediately received an sms that collection will be on 18/01/2018. This day came and went and no collection was done. Then I phoned yesterday morning (22/01/2018) to hear when collection will be. The lady first of all told me that the waybill says the customer was not available for collection on 16/01/2018 and it was rescheduled for 22/01/2018. What nonsense! I only arranged the collection on the evening of 16/01/2018 so yes, the customer was indeed not available for collection. She then promised me that collection would be 22/01/2018. At about 16:45 no collection was done as yet. I then phoned again and the lady who I then spoke to said she will contact the collection team and will either then phone me or send me a mail. No mail was send and no phone call was made AND STILL NO COLLECTION!!!! When is this going to be collected and when am I going to receive a new high chair? This is absolutely pathetic service and I am really getting very annoyed and would rather not order from TakeAlot again. I get a defective product and then they are so absolutely useless in replacing it.
