Goodday I have booked my samsung fold 4 in for repairs on the 5th June 2024 at Vodacom Repair Centre Umhlanga Ridge. I have not received any information regarding the progress of this phone. I am a business man who requires a smart phone for work purposes. I called the number that is on google numerus time / no answer at all. I have managed to get an email address which i have emailed them / yet to received a response. Today the owner answers the cell phone number that is on google and gives me the shop number. When i call they advise me that they still awaiting a part for this phone to be repaired. Bear in mind NO ONE has told me anything two weeks gone. They now do not know when to expect this part i am seriously frustrated and annoyed with the lack of service and commutation from Vodacom ( the leading so call network ) and seriously thinking of porting to other network. If they cannot repair my phone which is on warranty they should have replaced this phone and not stall the client unnecessary. This is the first and last time I deal with Vodacom. Service is terrible and they should honour their warranty not look for loop holes in the system not to ! I need my phone repaired or replace today please assist. I have purchased a Samsung galaxy folder 4 cover for my cellphone. I used a voucher and paid 400 difference. When I received this package I open and there was a mini pops so I called them and did a return on the website. It's gone 1week no one has called me to have this incorrect item and give me what I actually paid for. This is no acceptable and poor service I have asked for the management to call me Nemours times and no one has. I am fed up now. Just letting the public and all Garnish Tech supplies like fnb vodacom of this service their clients are receiving and should no longer deal with Garnish Tech.
Goodday I have had a very unpleasant experience with Take Alot and will no support them going forward. i have purchased a Play Pen for my son and paid for this via eft in FULL R6700. Take alot then cancelled my order two days before i can received this, due to pick up error etc. I then had to purchase a similar play pen for R400 more costing R7100 which costed more but didnt come with two items that the first play pen had. A rocking horse and a ball pit. i reached out to take aot to compensate me as i paid more for less now and they refused saying that i should have read the t & c's. this is poor service ethics and is not acceptable. I paid R7100 i can buy my own rocking horse and ball pit but it was the principal behind this. I then cancelled OR tried to cancel this seconded playpen and appreantly i could not at the time. so now i am sitting without a playpen without my money and i have spoken to Johnaide S who was so unhelpful and rude. i want my money back today ! Goodday I have purchased a lounge suit 2 weeks before Christmas 2021 i was told that they will try they best to get me this by Christmas 2021 if all failing which it has then in January 2022 i will definitely get this lounge suit. The whole of January 2022 has gone by the guy Riza calls me to tell me that only in March 2022 will i received this. Goodday I have purchased a defy microwave from Game Westwood Mall on the 4 July 2021.This microwave had stopped working on the 20 July 2021. I took this back to the store on the 24th July 2021 just after the unrest. When i took this to the store they turn me away and said i need to bring this the following week as they not accepting any changes that week due to the store just reopening. I then took the microwave on the 31 of July 2021 and had this booked in. i since then call numerous times check in on the outcome. No one had given me any feedback up to today the 25th August 2021. i have even bought a new microwave as this is an essential requirement in the house. I have call today 4 times and the Store Manager is on leave , the 2 nd in charge manger the phone just rings and the Floor manager pone just rings as well. This service provided is absolutely poor and i will not be treated in this fashion. if this is not resolved with 24 hours will take this up legally and tell the public about this store as i will not be shopping there again. Goodday I am a customer that went into MTN store Overport City on the 9 January 2021 to take a data contract. I saw a package that i like, it was 130gigs sim only for R349. I told the guy who works there i will take this deal so he ask for all our documents which we had on us. He then went about doing the application. he said that we had got declined. That was so strange so we left. On the 11 January 2021 i had did an online application for the same deal, a consultant called me the next day to complete this application. However again decline. Just to fine out that MTN had advertised this deal but did not load this on their systems so Hence we were getting declined. This is NOT right at all, how can you advertise something and then we cannot get this same product. We are customers and are very upset with this. Up to now MTN still has not loaded this deal. They have wasted my time and probably many more customers that wanted the same package. Faults advertising by huge company. Disappointing and sad. No wonder their competitions are way ahead. Goodday Samsung Management I am a customer that purchased a Note 20 Ultra on the 28 November 2020. I have sent all documentation on the 29 November 2020 for the TV promotion. This was however declined reason been that my id was rejected, which I found out after 3week when I called to follow up on the TV. No one from Samsung has called me telling me this. However I spoken to an agent that gave me two email addresses to forward my ID, proof of purchase of my phone and valid TV license which I have sent all this on the 23 December 2020. I have had no feedback. On the 24 December 2020 I had forwarded the same mail to you, still no feedback after a number of calls on the 27th and 28th December 2020 agent say my mail has not been received once again I called to get this information. I have made more then 15calls and spoke to more then 4 agents NO one has got back to me regarding this. It frustrating as no one is doing anything. This cost is all on me I could have bought a TV cash and saved this horrible experience. I am very upset and disappointed in the manner I have been treated and this is not on I will be reporting this to hello Peter and more social websites as this is not how a customer should be treated. I called this morning again the 29th December 2020 to speak to a team leader or manager to find out no one is available is this for real. Wow total shocker. Rather close up and go home. Goodday I am / was the Accountant to this company, This person Seth / Tracey Carmen Anthony, they have request work from us. namely VAT registration / Annual Duty updating etc the fee was R10000 which the work was done and compeleted in full. Invoice was sent to client ( SETH ) 2 weeks have gone pass and he made alot of empty promises to make payment guess hi is just a good liar. now he is avoiding all contact and has not made payment. We have taken he and his company to our Legal Team to recover the funds. Will not be doing any Business with people that cheat steal and lie.
