In December 2025 I made an online purchase using my FNB credit card. Though the merchant has a physical address etc. they have proven to be shady in not accepting phone calls, not delivering the ordered item and just being unavailable. I have submitted a ***** case with FNB at the beginning of January 2026. Now here is where I am surprised, my trusted bank, FNB has failed to investigate and cancel this transaction, even though we are now fast approaching the end of march. In fact FNB ***** department seems to be totally unbothered. FNB, should I be taking my business to Absa where they actually are responsive and know how to handle ***** cases?
Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable service. Have been notified for two days now that my package is out for delivery and both days, NOTHING! Stop wasting my time, I have better things to do than to sit and wait for a no show courier.
Beares Vryheid, you were supposed to have collected your furniture on Thursday, 8 January 2026. You have exactly till 10:00 am today, 12 January 2026 to collect, failing which I will personally dismantle the item and leave the parts on my stoep and sue you for my money back, with costs. I need my kitchen space and I am leaving today. There is nothing rocket scientish about taking a *****driver and dismantling a flat pack furniture item. Kindly also do not send intoxicated and/or sick and contagious staff to my house.

Ordered my weekly food for dash delivery. Specifically asked for food stuff beyond a certain date as I cannot eat all the food at once. They sent me food close to expiry and now refused to do an exchange. I have wasted my money as I now need to throw some food out. Never ordering from Woolworths again!
Con artists! Be careful, or they will gladly take your money for no work done. Roxanne is a ghost, you will make an appointment with her but you will not meet her. Only once you have paid a consultation fee and are seated in her boardroom will you suddenly be introduced to two unknown characters. Receptionist says Roxanne is sick (???) with no estimated date of return to the office (???) - very very shady! Ps: left a google review and received a threatening letter from someone at that office - I have yet to speak to or hear from Roxanne. Oh and interestingly, the negative google review seems to have disappeared into thin air.
Ordered a black cellphone Sunday, 13th Oct 24 for delivery on Tuesday, 15th Oct 24. Received my phone and opened the box to find that I have been sent a white phone. This is strange because the phone I received was the last item at the warehouse, so how do you log out the last white phone as a black phone? Immediately logged a call requesting to speak to a manager as the remote assiatant was unable to help - to date I have not received a call. At the same time I log a return for either a refund or replacement phone The incorrect phone is collected on Wednesday morning by the same warehouse driver who delivered it. I now get a message that my phone will only reach Kempton Park Warehouse (from Pretoria) after 2-3 days whereafter the next steps will be communicated. In the meantime, I am sitting without a phone and without my money to purchase another phone!!! The incompetence at this business is so great that I will no longer be purchasing from them - Amazon, here we come ...
Could TANIA VAN ROOYEN from KWEdge stop *******ly sourcing my contact info from wherever she is obtaining it and stop spamming me. I do not wish to do any business with you, I do not know you and I do not wish to know you!
This is a ****, a con - do not use this **** company, you will lose money. They are not authorised ticket resellers, their tickets (if you get any) will not be accepted at the event. They take your money, promise you tickets before the event and then suddenly they let you know at the last minute that they do not have tickets. You get a refund, less an admin fee which they refuse to pay back to you - buyer beware!
So this is a follow up on my previous review on the scented water aka Rare Pearls that I purchaaed. This company sent a courier to collect this **** perfume more than 3 weeks ago, and that was the end of it. Never heard from them again, never received my money back or a replacement - NOTHING! Its okay Avon, I donate my refund to you, clearly your business needs it more than me. Seeing all the ***** reviews associated with you below, kindly close my rep account with you, I could never represent such an ************ business.
