However desperate you are, PLEASE DO NOT consider vodacom fibre as a legitimate ISP. I , like so many other clients, have faced mediocre services . i am currently in the process of migrating to another ISP. I logged a call with vodacom on the 8th of July, to cancel my contract with them. I served the 30 day notice period and paid whatever was outstanding. I called last night, this being the 1st of September to confirm that my account has been closed, and this was confirmed. I specifically informed them that I am in the process of migrating, and that I shoudnt be connected with them as of the 31st of August. In the midst of my migration to another ISP, I was informed that vodacom fribre as not yet released my line, which is ridiculous, considering that it has been 55 days siNCE MY CANCELLATION WAS CONFIRMED!!! This is the reference number: SO250707-259637 I am without internet, I cannot do work, this is unacceptable. PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER THIS AS A LEGITIMATE ISP!!!
This has been the worst internet fibre experience. I requested vodacom for fibre under VUMA. It took 2 months for them to install the fibre. I signed contract with all my banking details. Its now January and I'm told that my account is in arrears. This was very shocking, there was no statement sent to my email or even a debit order mandate sent to my bank. This has affected my clean credit profile .
I placed an order and paid on the 5th of November. I was promised that order should take 7 to 10 days. It’s the 21st of November and I got no update. Whenever I inquire, my calls , texts are ignored noted. Please do NOT order from this company as it’s giving ****ming vibes. I have no choice but to report the matter on all social media platforms and the police
This has got to be the worst possible “hand to door” courier service ever. Not only do they make you wait the whole day, the completely mess up schedules. I have called them several times over a delivery that was scheduled on Monday, I missed a call on the date of delivery and called back the number 5 minutes later, I was told that I “missed “ the delivery. I requested to reschedule for the following day, nothing happened. It’s now Thursday and I’m at work, I’m told that my package is out for delivery. I am now frustrated because I cannot receive the package and the call centre is as useless as they keep reassuring me that they will schedule for an appropriate date, this never happened for 3 consecutive days
Worst delivery service ever! No communication or empathy for clients. I waited the for hours for my delivery, when I contacted them, I was informed that the driver will let me know when on route . Past 5pm the driver isn’t here, I am left without my gift. All they did was to contact me saying they will reschedule for tomorrow. Meaning I will have to wait again. What does delivery between 7am and 8pm even mean? For us to wait the whole day and be inconvenienced?
Absolutely appalling delivery service. I wasted two days waiting for a package that ended up being delivered to the wrong address! The inconvenience and frustration. This is unacceptable
I order 2 lights on the 2nd of Feb. Today is the 23rd of Feb and my lights still haven’t arrived. This is really unacceptable
I App**** for a Credit Card on the 2nd of June 2023, and submitted all the necessary documents to mycardapplication@absa…. and the absadocs@i-talk... . I havent Had any responses . Whenever I call I’m told different stories and I keep getting smses that i should submit my documents, which I did. Very Slow and frustrating process. One of the consultants mentioned that they needed to verify my banking details, almost 6 days later .
Cellini’s online orders are not well organised. I made an order a weeks ago and was told it would be delivered in 5 to 7 days. My bag is still not here . Whenever I called the store to follow up, I’m told someone will call you. No one follows up, no one is being accountable and this is very frustrating.
I went to the Dainfern store to purchase a rug . THEY didn’t have a bar code on the rug I wanted . They then called over 3 stores while I waited there for over 25 mins l. At the end I left with no rug, and inconvenienced. Quite a bad experience
