That there is a minimum amount for card payments to be accepted. Is the card not a legal form of payment?
the card transactions have to be above R20 to be accepted. There are no signs at the tills indicating this. A card transaction is a valid payment is it not.
Hi Was checking my vitality drive weekly rewards, just to see that the 100 km been reset on the trip out to work on th 11/9/19 (I am sure I did not speed or break or accelerate harshly or turn sharply) but there was no reason given and there was nothing on the DQ Mapper. is this a way that Discovery trying to reward people by taking away something that they have tried for at the last minute? Now I bet even if it was found that there was an error because of the slow response I will not receive a reward, 3 days is to long to react. Regards D Demmer
On the vitality drive weekly reward system the distance driven keeps on getting reset, and there no reason given and even when you have been driving with in the speed limit and not doing sharp breaking or sharp cornering. When an email is sent to the centre it takes * days, or longer to be answered, by then you will have lost out on the possible rewards (points). Their answer in the case of a speeding query is that the GPS is always correct and i have shown them that the GPS is totally wrong in how it tracks the persons route, and even though I know that in I was correct a lot of the times I never got the weekly plays on the board. Is this the way that they want to reward people for driving well? Get the GPS story sorted out and get the unit that is fitted to the car correctly calibrated (is it correctly calibrated?).

The call center agents on the Discovery drive vitality promised to amend my account, and then when I check the App it is not amended or a reward posted as said. The goals on the discovery drive are ridiculous as it shows after the trip and the satellite (GPS) either puts the end point a 100 meters before or after the point, so much for accuracy . If that is not accurate then how can the other readings be accurate? So the speeding and braking are questionable. Discovery does not want to give out rewards!!!!!
Hi I put through a repurchase request over the net at 6:41 on 19/1/18 and yet the monies that I requested is still not in my account. Why is it taking so long, they will most probably say there were computer problems,public holidays and the bank is the problem. still it is long to wait and don't accept their excuses. My complaint will most probably be disregarded but having being retrenched and having not got a package I have to live off the moneys I put away for my pension. This is about the quality of you products most probably others have had no problems. I have bought 2 pairs of Maxed running/walking shoes. The first, Black with blue arrow, pair lasted 6 months then the soles split, the current pair were bought on 18/1/18 and then about a month ago the upper and the sole started, front and back, coming apart so I have had to keep on gluing them. Don"t know if I will by another pair at Mr. Price Sport.
In Ben Fleur there has been no voice call access for 3 weeks and the ASDL line is also weak. The fault logging page just says it will be fixed soon but that never seems to happen, and we are charged for the service.
