Pathetic service to say the least,I app**** for Fibre wifi with vodacom as internet service provider, vuma tel has already installed their device more than 9 days ago.I have sent 7 email to Sduduzo who is supposed to ensure my vodacom router is delivered but he has completely and bluntantly ignored all my 7 emails to him asking when I can expect the router to be delivered to me....Such pathetic service and ignorance from your employees .my reference number is SO230608-053932..either you deliver or I take my request to.one of the many other service providers who will appreciate the business
Worst insurance claim process i have experienced, you literally have to call them everytime to get the claim next stage move,they promise to call you back and they never, horrible customer service to say the least.I logged claim and every time for something to happen I had to call ,now geyser has been replaced and I'm calling them to send plumber to connect and they promise we will call you back.seems they have no track of what is happening with the claims.i had chosen my own plumber to avoid all this back and forth and they instead imposed their own plumber based on price but pathetic service.had my chosen plumber done the work my geyser issue would have long been completed. JUST SEND THE ELECTRCIAN TO COMPLETE THE REMAINING PART FOR GOD'S SAKE. YOU CISTOMER AGENTS ARE THE MOST USELESS EVER!!!!!

I have never been frustrated by internet connectivity my whole life.so I upgraded to the 5g which came with a router and that thing DOES NOT WORK AT ALL,20 emails complaining still no solution, tried calling their phone won't go through,so I am going to be billed for all these days that I have no connectivity???this socks id rather go to a more expensive supplier than this cheap service i got myself in..I have work to do that has all come to a standstill
Oh my WORD talk about having employees who don't want their job but are just there bcz they have nowhere else to go!!! Horrible experience..so i got a wrong top and the only way i can get the correct top is by making another order then they will put the correct top with the new order!!! i must buy again after getting a terrible service. The dress i got is as wide as for fitting 2 people in it,something which is not what the picture on the website shows ,on the website its a normal large size yet i got a dress as wide as 1 meter for someone who wears a size 34 and the explanation is that 'WHAT YOU SEE ON THE WEBSITE IS NOT WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET''' ****** hell so whats the purpose of an online store if you are going to put misleading pictures...i wouldn't advise anyone to buy from them,you get what you pay...cheap is always costly, im very very disappointed!!!!!
