I used the just pay now option with Fin Choice and was advised in Dec I am in arrears when they did not debit my account. I paid R3050 and the advisor said the accounts up to date. January same thing someone call my account is in arrears with plus R800 again I paid the amount. Fin choice decided to split the money over the 3 accounts which I did not asked them to do as the funds allocated to 1 acc. Today a rude lady called, and I asked her did she ask if it is a convenient time for her to speak to me? she said no in Fin choice they don't ask. I told her I will log a complaint. My credit record reflects in arrears for a mistake they made and your consultants are very rude.
Good day Team, The device was purchased online at Hifi Corp. This is the second device I had to return the first device was the Magneto 300W with the same error the device did not switch on and didn’t want to charge. Order Date: July 17, 2023, Magneto 300W Magneto 300W SKU 000000000010289054 Order Date: January 22, 2024, Magneto 600W Magneto 600w SKU 000000000010289111 The lady at Hifi Corp Southgate advised that the Magneto 600W already out of warrantee and advised that we need to call TEVO directly. How can the same devices different watts have the same issue? We only use the devices for the WIFI and Laptop as loadshedding last 2-3 hours. We do not even charge our devices; in a short space of time this does not add up. We told the lady if we had listened to “you”, we would have not purchased the second device if we knew customers return the goods. I have reached out to the TEVO Team. I spend alot of money on this Magneto 600W and you guys can see your devices are faulty why do you still sell them?
Order placed on the 29th November 2024 received part of the order but still waiting on the other items which I asked to be delivered before we go on Holiday. No communication nothing I have to call in and no answer from any one.
I received an SMS the Rain account is in arrears after the last payment went off on the 30th June 2023. Almost a year after I have cancelled this contract you decided to give my details to a 3rd party. Fix your mess I will take the matter up with the Ombudsman. You keep on billing people. No calls no emails after almost a year, you must be joking. No wonder people start complaining about your service. You violated the POPIACT by giving my details to a 3rd party.

Order a pocket router the router was delivered with no simcard? I asked the courier guy you are taking my details is everthing here he said yes, only to find out I received a router with no simcard? I called the call centre numerus times with different stories. The last consultant was so rude he spoke over me with his own solutions as I told him I cannot visit the store. Todate no conclustion no calls no emails I am sitting with a router with no simcard.
Order placed 27 March todate no calls I only received 1 part off my order. today is day 6 to date no one can answer me. I have been calling given reference numbers still nothing. The last agent I spoke to asked me to hold and still nothing.
Order UID: 4497945 Very poor service, I did not receive all my items and when I contacted the customer service I was placed on hold and cut off. The driver did not even give a receipt. I emailed the support team x 3 did I received feedback? NO NO NO I checked my credit wallet guess what no refund. Well I will no longer use the service

I ported my number from cell C to MTN dated 2021/02/18 - today my number is not working - I dialed 135 from the new Sim card I ported my number to 01st call 18:20 the lady told me to dial *135# opt 2 as the port was successful. I dialed my number again some guy answered. 2nd call - 18:39 a guy assist he told me to call the port department he will SMS the details to the Sim card I am using - no SMS received. 3rd Call 19:07 spoke to a Sibongile the lady provided me with the 083 123 7667 port department advising the department already closed. How can we trust the service provider MTN when the consultants cannot assist? I explained my story I purchased a MTN Sim card to port from Cell C to MTN. When I phone the number someone else is answering. All I wanted was for the number to be blocked as it maybe fraudsters using my number and how is this possible. The funny part is I can call out and the number shows from the old Sim card but I cannot or have not receive calls or any SMS? Is MTN working with fraudsters? I need this rectified ASAP - some stranger is using my number and I have used the number for over 10 years. If fraud is committed on my personal account you MTN will be held liable as I have attempted to report the matter your consultants is useless.
