I am not happy with Temu and the courier company (sky net) they allocated to deliver my parcel. I have ordered things for R859 to my surprise the customs are R322 i really dont understand how how they calculate this customs money. With buffalo the customs doesn't reach this exorbitant amount. Please Temu can sort out this problems. And include customs fees on checkout so we can't be surprised.
They don't deserve a star. They sell bad and contaminated fuel. My car was fine before I went to astron to pour petrol. After that my car started acting and had red warning lights after I poured petrol at astron. They really needs to check the quality of their fuel. It is messing up our cars.
Vodacom doesn't even deserve a star. On the 30th on November I received an email about migration quotation, which I ignored because I know I never spoke to anyone about migration. Today I received the invoice and a statement that shows that the line has been migration to a higher option. I have never gave a consent to anyone to migrate the option I was using. I cannot even afford to pay the option they migrated to. I need it to be downgraded ASAP.

You don't even deserve a star. So last year around November I got charged for three replacement of the tracking device which I didn't mind to pay. I made an arrangement to pay over 3 months. But yhooo it was like I had killed a person the way I was receiving calls? Whatsapp messages and emails that I'm owing. OK fine I paid the first 400, 3 days after I paid 400. I'm left with one installment which they were going to debit on the 6 of Jan. So Jan they debited the 210 the following day 297 for a reason known by them. There was an outstanding amount of R86 yhooo from then I never had peace because of the messages I have been receiving every day. If it's not messages it's calls because of 86 rand. OK fine now it's February my account got debited twice R297 and R210 for a reason i don't don't know. A beg before I make a scene also someone needs to return my money.

They don't even deserve a star at all. Take your car to them at your own risk. Don't even allow your insurance company to take it to them. My insurance took my car to this company, i got my car after 3 months. And I don't know what they were doing for 3 months cause the car its even damaged worse. It has a lot of scratches and dents that was not there before. I'm am very angry at this people. They scratched my rims. There's a whole lot of things that are not properly fitted back on my car. I would never recommend this company not even to my worst enemy. Really ****ed off.
Since I lodged a claim on Monday no one ever bothered to contact me or to send an email that my claim has been lodged. I'm in the dark give me information so I can know that my claim is in progress.
I lay byed a stove on the 6 of July, I paid it off on the 29th of August. They then delivered it on the 31st of August, when I opened it I found that the mirror in front of the stove is broken. I have called the store(Lewis lenasia station) and report the damage but it looks like no one is willing to assist me. Can I please have the stove replaced ASAP or get my money back I will go and buy somewhere else.
