The store Dischem Mondeor is the worst. The staff at that store isn't friendly at all, they don't assist you with anything you need. The prices are signage aren't where it should be. The tellers are even worse. they are rude and when they scan the item and the wrong price comes up, they will argue with you instead of going to the item. The price you see if the price you should pay. This is by far the worst store i have been to.
BP filling stations are running a special where if you fill fuel they will give you a free F1 Car. i have filled my fuel and received the code to receive the free F1 Car, however every time i go to the filling station they always are out of stock.. This is unacceptable as they keep saying they dont have stock for the past 5 weeks now. How can you run a special when you dont have the products to give the clients. I filled the fuel and now i want my F1 car

I have had the worse experience with TAKEALOT by far. We have purchased a TV from them a while back, which would mean its still under warranty. Firstly they took 2 weeks to come and collect the TV, secondly I need to call in every single day to the returns department for them to all tell me the same thing, that they have escalated it with the manager. its been 2 weeks now and finally i got a consult who advised they cant repair it, i must call the SP directly and they will return my TV! A week has passed and no one can tell where when the TV will be delivered to me, according to the app it left the warehouse on Monday and today is Thursday, still no TV or answers from the useless TAKELOT STAFF!! They don't want to fix my TV, nor return my TV. This has been a frustrating issue and all i want is for them to return the TV so that we can have it repaired elsewhere as this is horrible service from TAKEALOT. I would def not recommend returning anything to them as they don't care once they have it, you wont see it again!!!
My family and I had decided to go to The Golden Falls Spur Steak Ranch. The service was terrible. The waitress came and had us seated, she then stood there and waited for us to order. We then had to tell her to please give us 5 minutes. She then came back and took our order which was pretty simple, 2 waffles, a brownie, cola float and a milkshake. We then proceeded to go outside and get our kids checked in to the Play Area. 10 Minutes later I go back to my table and see the Coke Float sitting there melting away. The Waitress Cynthia had decided to bring the drinks while no one was even seated after we had advised her that the drinks need to come with the meals, even so how can you leave Ice Cream when no one is seated. I then went to look for her and asked 2 waiters to call her, till 7 minutes later did I eventually get up personally to look for her, just to see her sitting and having her lunch on one of the tables. I mean she can get her lunch yes, but not while she is serving us. 35 Minutes later did our desserts arrive, only because I had to go and look for our waitress and threaten to call the manager. I have been there 3 times and all 3 times have I been there, the service was pathetic and very slow. It seems there is shortages of waiters, or the waiters just don't care of the customers. I don't think that I will be returning there again as this is very disappointing service from this SPUR!!
I have had the worst experience with the manager at the Sandton Mall Pick and Pay Clothing Store. I had purchased 4 pairs of shoes for my kids. Yesterday I returned 2 of the shoes as they didn't fit. The cashier kept my slip and didn't return it back to me. Today I returned the other 2 pairs of shoes as the shoes were not fitting and it seems to be hurting the kids. The manager Thali refused to refund or credit me as he says that I didn't have the till slip. I tried explaining to him countless times that they took the slip yesterday and he refused to help me exchange the shoes! I mean it had the prices, the barcodes and everything on it! The worst PNP Clothing store manager I have come across
Outsurance has terrible service consultants, I have been calling for 4 days to see if they have better rates for me as I received a better quote from a different service provider, all 4 of them advised me they will call me back and to this day I haven't received feedback from anyone of those consultants. I then called in to cancel my policy and it took me 30 mins to cancel my Policy with them, because all of a sudden they are willing to help me and call me back, which they clearly don't!!
we had a family event on Saturday the 29 of May and it was such a terrible experience. firstly the waiters were so rude, they brought the starters (which i might add was terrible) the chaat masala was incredibly strong and the pur was soft and inedible.The salaad was horrible..it had cabbage instead of lettuce and hardly any feta or cucumbers. It was time for the main course and we kept asking the waiters questions and they couldn't answer us.. the mains then arrived and the food was horrible. It was so spicy that the kids couldn't even eat anything nor could we ,as we do not eat spicy food. The Vegetables were supposed to be sweet yet it was strong. the prawns were suppose to come with spicy rice and we kept asking the waiters where is the rice and they kept ignoring us and walking away. i mean the service was horrible and the food was Spicy, strong and inedible..We literally paid R300 to eat one piece of chicken as that all we ate. I would not recommend Ozzys to anyone that doesn't eat spicy food as the food was very strong and the waiters were rude and very UNHELPFUL!!!
this has been by far the worst service that we have received from the Pensacola spur in fordsburg on sat the 24th of October. My family and I had decided we want to go and have a nice lunch at Spur and little did we know it would turn out to be a horrible experience . Firstly, the moment we entered the waiter was absolutely rude to us. we then entered and waited to be seated. we get there and all the tables are full around the play area. PS there was no social distancing there was no tables empty in between. so we get there and we see a table open across the play area, there is no one next to us as its in a corner. so we sit there as we see there were already plates and glasses which meant someone ate their previously, as we sitting down the manager EDDIE who was UTTERLY RUDE and SOOO UNHELPFUL and clearly very RACIST decided to come and tell us that we cannot sit there as people walk past there all the time. we couldn't understand as wherever we wanted to sit people have to walk past. There was no covid precautions as there we people sitting in front of and behind everyone else, it was just us that was clearly that the MANAGER had a problem with. Every time we end up at PENSACOLA SPUR in FORDSBURG we end up having a problem therefore if you can avoid it, please do!!! you get treated like **** when you go there and even so the food is always horrible and the service is so slow..please refrain from eating there or else you will get chased out like a dog from the RACIST MANAGER!!!
we decided to eat at WIMPY ****ARNEY on SATURDAY for lunch, but boy this was was the worst idea ever...there was one waiter helping everyone. our food took over 45 mins to come even though there were only 2 people in the entire restaurant . we ordered the corn for my son just for it to come and be burnt and have an extremely burnt taste to it. i would never suggest anyone to go and eat there as the service is pathetic and very SLOW!!
