I organised to view an apartment in Morningside with Helen Tomazos, I live in Pretoria and drove down to meet her at the property, I communicated with her the whole morning. 5 min away from the apartment she asked if we had a child, we confirmed that we do and he is 4 yrs old, she said she has to confirm something. We arrived at the gate and informed her that we have arrived, her response was she left because the 1 bedroom apartment does not accommodate my family as per the governing body. I can fully understand the rules but what upset us is that she left just before we got there knowing very well that we were coming from Pretoria, I feel the decent thing to do, was meet me since I had travelled all the way and tell me unfortunately she cannot assist! Instead of leaving me hanging at the gate confused and wondering what has happened? Was this a prank? Or the disregard of clients is a norm at Tyson Properties. Thank you for wasting my day Helen Tomazos, and the disrespect you have shown me.
I live in Olievenhoutbosch, I approached Telkom for wifi, they told me my area does not support 4g and 5g, cool. I told them I need internet and they suggested LTE, and I took the 10mb/month to month unlimited. wellllllll let me just say they scru’d me hard, after 6pm I’m lucky if I can connect to the wifi, and that’s the time I really need it when I get home from work and need to watch tv or connect my Xbox. I’ve called numerous times but I’m always told reset this reset that but still slow or no connection at all. I hope my R459/month puts a smile on your faces for services half rendered
Rain says I’m owing them an amount totalling 3 months, even though I cancelled my month to month contract. I spoke to Mr Sajae-inkya trying to resolve this he told me they will call me back just still nothing, debt collectors are calling me saying I owe and I’m telling them I don’t owe anything. My ref:23606494 I called on the 08/08/24. Why can’t someone call me as promised so we can settle this matter once and for all instead of messing up my credit.
Shoprite Olivenhoutbosch Ext 36, now I know that Shoprite puts up their shops in the township, offer specials so they can actually “****” on customers. 3 July I went in to buy cupcakes, bread, and tin fish since they have a special, the 3 express tills we’re not being manned, the kiosk had a line longer than a sassa line and don’t get me started with the normal tills, I felt like I was voting again. It took me 50 min to go in and purchase these 3 things. Shoprite and it’s workers have no regard for us, they see black people as cash ***s that don’t deserve any respect, well I guess a apartheid lives on strong at Shoprite. Thank you for ruining an hour of my life, definitely did not vote Shoprite when it was my turn at the till.
I didn’t have the best experience but I give 2 stars because I got to express myself to the manager, 50min at a branch just to get a proof of pay is ubsurd. I cannot not blame the management fully since we spoke but o blame Std Bank for taking our money through bank charges that go up each and every year but they still downsize staff at branches, now for those of you who don’t know, Boulders Mall in Midrand has a lot of visitors and to downsize a branch to just 6 consultants is spitting at our faces and telling us you don’t care for our business, the lines seems like we are banking with Capitec where long lines is the standard. I spoke to Sam the manager of the branch, the gentleman is doing his best with the little resources he receives I understood his explanation to my complaint about waiting in lines for years but still feel that Standard Banks short comings are now being passed on to the us the clients. So Standard Bank please tell us the truth, are we now Capitec? Is this the standard going forward? Should we just move to Capitec and join those long lines since they have lower charges. Thank you Sam for the short chat hope Std Bank stops this abuse they give you, your staff and us the client.
This KFC Thlabane Square Rustenburg, has been my go to KFC for the past 5-6months, it’s close, it’s fast and the food is good. Well until Black Friday, the Friday I went the chicken was a bit burnt (smell) but I brushed it off because it was busy, the Saturday I went for the 9 piece Black Friday special that comes with a coke, but was told there is no coke even though they sold me the special. I asked the manager and she said, take it upstairs nothing she can do. I find that very dishonest I asked the manager to please take down the sign, she agreed later I went past sign still on the window. I’ve raved and convinced friends that this kfc is the ONE but now it’s turning into that place that just doesn’t care for the consumer. The manager Agrineth Mmutle told me to call Christina the area manager on 0838666732 to complain, I did but no answer. The chicken was still good
We know it’s school holidays, and you are hiring students now but please, training is very important and also just listen to these guys conversations with us, I had a guy fight me after I ordered through the drive through, he gave me half my order and when I told him it’s not complete he argued, I told him to check the slip which he hadn’t given me because he said machine was jammed, I told him to check his POS system but still fought me, I asked him to just apologise and admit that he did not punch in everything so that I can also calm down because he is young and I don’t want my family to see me fighting with a child at the drive thru.
I thought your service is month to month, please stop case ding me messages I left your services a while back because you could not deliver im with someone else now please move on.
KFC Sun Village, Sun City made me hate KFC until I went to KFC Thlabane Square. I am a service professional and I would just like to take this platform and say thank you, thank you to the staff thank you to the management, it is a pleasure coming there, food is great the efficient service even better. I spread the word everywhere I go my friends know that this is the only KFC to visit.
What a joke of a service! Actually I’m the joke thinking that I had found a Wi-Fi service provider. I live in Rustenburg and work from home, my appliances and electronics in in the house need internet to function. I haven’t had Wi-Fi this weekend until now Monday 11/09/23 still no internet. I’ve had to spend money on data so that my household can function and airtime to call and wait in your support ques without help. I’ve spoken to Niresh(Manager) who said I would receive feedback and someone would come out to me, again a joke while I’m still not laughing. I’ve been with Telkom which was slow and unstable, changed to Rain which was unstable and slow, but I think those 2 are better at customer services than Evotel, you guys prioritise taking my money but not keeping my business. I wish I could rip out you product from my home and just go back Telkom or even Rain which is as much a joke as your service is. I’m expected to pay but you don’t allow me to work so that I can earn money to pay you, I guess I’m the joke.
