I've send my phone to Canal Walk Service Centre for a battery replacement, My phone is performing worse than ever after the replacement. It also took a long time to receive my device back from them. No updates on the progress of your device. . A payment was paid by me for the replacement, R250. Not satisfied with service I've received GP
They were unable to pin locate my car, causing me and my wife to roam the streets in an area we do not know. Our lives were in danger. There exact words: We therefore disagree with the client’s statements nor do we believe there was any negligence. It is further important to note that we do make it clear to clients that unfortunately we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all data at all times due to factors beyond our control such as the GSM network. Be aware public. So disappointed in this company. Concern citizen.
Bought kitchen utilities about 2 months ago and still have not received all my utilities. I have pay the company in full. The consultant is not always answering his phone or responding on your emails.
Ordering and paying for the item are very easy,product arrived early.

<p>Oudtshoorn Head Post office is one of the the lotto payout points but they don't even have a Lotto Machine. I was refer to go to George (60km) from oudtshoorn to get a payout. This is very , very poor service from them and Lotto SA </p>

I'm using a Huawei 3G Mobile Wireless modem. I bought this unit from [URL Removed] on 01 July 2015( Last year). The battery is fault now. I'm trying since yesterday to buy a replacement battery for this unit but with no success. I tried several services centres but with no luck, everyone is giving me a number to try, but with no success. I just think this is very poor after service from HUAWEI. I've tried several numbers in Cape Town, Johannesburg (011)5179800 , Mtn , Vodacom , Autopage, wihout any luck. I'm sitting in the Western Cape with zero to none afterservice.
I want to know why game are selling LOGIK products. If any problem with tih product where are zero to none after service. I bought 2 LOGIK products at Game. An mobile air con and a Logik blender. When looking for a outlet exhaust pipe for my air con I find it very difficult to get a replacement. The Jug of the blender broke,I call game for advice to get a replacement. They gave me a number to call, calling this suppliers for LOGIK,the lady said they are not stocking everything,not giving me any alterative or solution for my problem. I just think this is very poor after service from Logik's side. Personally I will never purchase any LOGIK product again.
