I wish I could remember the lady's name who assisted me today she was phenomenal and still called me back later to make sure everything with the tow truck had gone smoothly and to find out what was wrong with my car. She gets a platinum 10/10!!
If I could give Woolworths Financial Services less than 1 star I would, the most useless non-communicative company I have ever dealt with. I have spent the last month calling, emailing, and nobody can assist me!!! I get sent from one department to the next and still my queries are not answered! I used to think Woolies was the best store ever, those days are clearly gone, service and customer care does not exist at Woolworths! And to add insult to injury I get emailed surveys on their service and nobody ever bothers to come back wrt to that either, what is the point of doing a survey if not to IMPROVE your service.
There is nothing better than great service from the start of a transaction to the end! Beautiful birthday cake for my daughter made with care, tasted delicious too, delivered to my house on time, all in all well worth it!
Why have a support email address if nobody mans it - your phone lines - there is never anybody to take my call and it makes no difference if I leave a message because nobody answers!!! You have lost a parcel I'm waiting for and I can't get to speak to anybody. I considered using this company for our business once so glad I didn't make a terrible mistake!!
What a fantastic experience dealing with this company!! Where other ISP's couldn't have been bothered to try and assist me with an urgent installation, these guys really went the extra mile and beyond! Definitely recommend PacketSky for excellent service, thanks so much!
No delivery on Valentine’s Day as promised I had to follow up to remind them about my order no apology disgusting service false advertising
<p>Disgusting service, will never use them again. Ordered shoes a month ago and they are still awaiting stoc**** Delivery states 9 - 20 working days not 30 days! The phone just rings and my emails go unsanswered. Keep this up guys and you won't have a business for much longer.</p>
<p>My car went in for repairs after a bumper bashing they kept me updated on progress and were quick and did a really good job. Would definitely recommend them.</p>
This is the second time I have used 24hour photobooks, they are on the ball and super efficient, they keep you updated and the final product is superb quality!! Definitely using them again!
I bought a Daddy's Deals voucher. The size was 300 x 600, after going back and forth with Peter (doesn't answer a lot of his emails) I finally receive my order today (just short of a month) firstly it was delivered to the incorrect address, secondly it is 285 x 400 in size not the stated 300 x 600 so half the image has been chopped off, but what really blows my mind is that I got two canvasses of the same image!!! I see someone else had the same issue, what is it with Peter that he doesn't look past the first page of a file??<br> <br> Will NEVER use these guys again, pathetic!!!!<br>
