Useless service. We dealt with them through the insurance. They picked up the unit to repair. They couldn't fix the unit and promised they would deliver the unit back within 24 hours. Three days later, we still haven't received it back. We contacted them and they eventually delivered the unit back. The state of the unit was terrible, stained with oil and grease marks, more damaged than when we sent it in. Then when we phoned them back to complain they basically made excuses and hung up the phone.
Leroy Merlin's customer care is unfriendly and not helpful. I asked for specifics on a product from their website as the details on the size of the product were not clear (it had three different sizes on the product). They assured me the size. When it was delivered, the size was not correct and didn't fit. I asked them to exchange it for a bigger product. They agreed and told me they would exchange and refund the difference. I am still waiting a week later with no refund or exchange on the product. No one ever phones you back. I need to take the initiative to follow up. This is the worst service I have ever received in my entire life. Please do not order ANYTHING from them.
First problem, I phoned in to change the debit order account and they ignored the request and now it is still going off on the wrong bank account. Second problem, I've been sitting without network and service for 3 days. I've been phoning in and tried everything. The agents tells me they're logging it or escalating it, but then the next agent tells me they can't see that it was done. They are happy to charge me for a service I don't get. Vodacom is useless and doesn't care for the man on the street only for big accounts.
I bought a brand new Toyota Hilux Double Cab 2.8. I was excited about driving a Toyota. They claim to be the best bakkies in the world. But what a letdown. A couple of weeks into driving the thing, the suspension started giving problems. It is now 8 months later and 5 visits to the dealership and no one can fix it. In actual fact, while they were trying to fix it. I asked them to install a dust guard (which is kind of silly that a bakkie can't keep dust out). After the dust guard was installed they scratched my bakkie and damaged my roller shutter (which is leaking now) and the suspicion is still not fixed. As soon as I get a buyer I'm going to sell it and buy a FORD!!!! Toyota has the worst service I have experienced in a long time. Toyota is a big company that does not care about their customers. Not even the customers that spends more than R****.
They take ages to get back to you for as simple as a change of password. Now, the password is working my login name isn't working. I have no idea what they are trying to do. I'm a registered RCI member. This is the first time I'm trying to book something, but it is super difficult. I wish I never banked my points with Sun City.
This is probably one of the worst service providers I have ever worked with. They have a great system, but their after-sales service is horrible. I have been struggling to renew my license for the last three days and nobody can help me. At one stage I was transferred to different people 9 times, still with no result, help or joy. Their payment methods don't work. Their managers are not ever available. If there is any other accounting software company reading this please contact me. I get rid of Sage.
Their slogan says “People are more important than Cars”. This is a lie. I’m a so called preferred member and still can’t get stuff done. Ive been waiting for an account password and a reset for weeks. They keep on saying they’ll phone me and sort it out but nothing. At first I couldn’t even get hold of them because apparently COVID is a cause for account manager to not be able to be reached.
They use independent consultants that are only interested in their commission. As soon as they underwrite you they forget about you and your will. They are willing to take your money, and they do, but with no follow-up on any emails, you send them. I will not be referring anyone to Capital Legacy. Their customer service is next to nothing. I have lost all my confidence in them. I'm terrified of thinking about what will happen after my death. Will they show just as much interest in my wife that is left behind? The videos and promises you make to attract people are false. I cannot rest assured that you'll take care of my family after I have passed away.
