Parcel shipped to me 36 ago, Fedex cannot give me information on status, and they are not delivering. Call customer support, they cant help either. Extremely poor service from Fedex.
During stage 2 load shedding, Tshwane area 13 power was off between 9 and 11am on 3 Dec 2018. This load shedding was not scheduled for area 13, according to the published schedule, power was supposed to be on for this time slot in area 13. For this time slot on 3 Dec, area 1 was supposed to be off, and not area 13. It seems City of Tshwane Municipality is not following the schedules for load shedding as published on their web site.
I sent a written complaint by email ********** to ICASA, as per the instruction on the ICASA web site. The complaint about Web9 sending SPAM emails. The email was bounced back with the following error message: "host za-smtp-inbound-2.mimecast.co.za [41.74.193.210] SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: 554 Email rejected due to security policies" .
Web9 is sending spam by email, also disguising their emails to look like an email coming from Pick n Pay, but the reply email is ********** The unsubscribe link is fake and does not work. I tried calling the cell number provided in other complaints, no one answered, and then someone called me back from another number. I asked to speak to someone about Web9 and they said they don't know that company. Then I sent a complaint to **********
<p>Standard bank chatges R10 per transaction on a business account, after the limit of 30 free transactions is reached. I travel a lot for business and end up paying R10 to Standard bank each time I pay for a toll gate, evenif the toll gate only costs R7. I discussed it with my account manager and was informed that the bank cannot offer any deal on an all inclusive monthly service fee. This is unacceptable as it means one cannot use a business account to pay for toll fees. </p>
<p>We booked a weekend in this hotel. The rooms on the hotel web site looked great, web site describes the rooms as stylish with marble bathrooms. When we checked in the room we were taken too was old, furniture looked like it dates from the 80's, cubboards falling apart, door knobs missing, lights hanging on bare wire from the roof with no fitting, bathroom walls is old 1980's style tiles that is painted over, bathroom top is presswood covered with very old style plastic top, not marble, there are no plugs at the bed side tables. This room is completely not what is advertised on the Protea Marriot hotel web site. We complained after the first night, and then we were given a refurbished room that is on par with Protea standars. The fact that the hotel advertises smart rooms on their web site, but give out **** rooms on arrival is false advertising. Hotel management should also put the pictures of the **** rooms on their web site so that people can see exactly what they are booking, and not mislead the customers.</p>
After a break in we had at our home, Discovery handled the claim, assessment and pay-out in a very efficient manner. We are very happy with the service.
They advertise servicing Heidelberg, Vereeniging and Vanderbijlpark, but when I called them to send someone out to Vereeniging to repair a gate, they said they don't work in those areas. Please fix web site not to advertise Vaal triangle if you don't work there.
Customers at Woollies Lynnwood Bridge has to pack their own groceries because the staff are too lazy to do it.
