Good day see email below. I was a client of Debtbusters... I phoned them and emailed them asking why im getting emails and sms telling me that we missed payments. Every month Debts my account to pay our creditors. Almost 3 months ago now we advise them that i want to settle all our outstanding debt. We completed the agreements. The state in the paper we had to sign the amount we need to pay to settle the debt. They also said that they will negotiate with the creditors to reduce the debt we will have to pay because of early settling of the debt. In the agreement it also says that the will take 35℅ of the money saved (excluding vat) this VAT part is important. They did not do that they also deduct VAT from the amount and them only returned the balance of the money saved due to early repayment. Now we found that they did not pay all the creditors every month after they debited the funds from my account. What happened to that money. Now they send me a email saying that they did not pay all our creditors. And its my fault and responsibility to pay them...now their is also interest on the amount not paid. Question.: paid: R149262.38 what will you do about this or due just accept complaints but don't do anything. This is malpractice or at lease theft. The media need to be informed about Debtbusters and the way they do business. I will post my story everywhere online were i can.

PLEASE EMAIL EXPLAINING WHAT IS GOING ON ASAP.
I signup with Mtn Fibre, but why are you send me a bill of R669... What i can recall is that the first 3 month are R 369.00 per month. And you can check on your website. I signed up online. I phone (5 times) but i was on hold for so long... I hangup. Please explain?? Why i received a invoice for R669.
Service did improve in Cape Town. BUT i small issue. At cape town station platform 21 for the past few week I've been seeing young school kids number between 5 and 10 smoking "marijuana" before getting on the train. Time between 15:20 and 16:00.

I changed my banking details a few months ago. I updated my banking details on both my contract. One of my contract accounts debit order went off with no problem but my other mtn contract they kept trying to debit my old bank account. I emailed and phone to fix the problem. I still paid the outstanding amounts every month. I again phoned to confirm my banking details details was correctly updated after my last call to mtn but it still did not go off. I decide to go onto the mtn app and check all my details, i found that my default cellphone number was changed. I correct the number. Now i found MTN put my number on a grey list and im unable to use my number which i never missed a payment on for more then 20 year. I doubt i will continue with my contract next year when it ends.
I notified Vodacom on 12 january 2024, let vodacom know my change of banking details. But they still tried to debit my old account. Because of this they charged me over R80 for unpaid debit. That was January, now in February they did it again. I phoned and ask why they are still debiting my old account. I've notified vodacom in january that my bank account info have changed. So the they finally change it. My question... Why have a email:12580@vodacom.co.za. if it does not work. Now i have to pay 2 monts of penalties for Vodacom's bad customer servic
My problem is with Sanlam personal loans... I have phone probably 5 times today. Everytime I follow the prompts, the phone rings and I get cut off... I only have one query relating to my loan... Not getting any help from Sanlam.
I ordered a new washing machine(Beko) from TELJOY. The machine works perfectly no problem. Just the service I got from Teljoy. First I upgrade to this machine. Replaying another brand... they ask if they can deliver on the 19th of June 2023... I asked this can be changed to Monday 26th June 2023. During school holidays. No problem. The collected the old machine on the 26th, an hour or so ago they deliver the new one. The new did not arrive in a box, missing adjustable foot. They did not ask for a copy of a ID.... just ID number. No copy of paperwork was left as proof of delivery. The problem start with the debit order. They try and debit my account twice. About R514 first debit which is incorrect, second debit about R539 which is correct. The incorrect debit went off. There was only money for the correct amount R539.99... I phone and emailed no luck in fixing this. According to Teljoy the machine was delivered on the 19th, but I was told to contact Teljoy to let them know when I received the new machine. Which I did. I also phoned on the 19th/20 of June after receiving a sms ask how is the machine.... I told Teljoy that that I did not receive the machine yet and that the delivery date was for Monday 26 June 2023. Teljoy is charging me as from the 19th and not the 26th.... and I can find anyone to fix the problem. I'm think of returning the machine and cancelling the order.
Upgrade, a month later I check my data....and I found that what was agreed to Mtn did not do. Was promised normal data and YOUTUBE DATA.....DID NOT RECEIVE THE YOUTUBE DATA. I phoned and I was told they don't see any youtube data. I was transferred to their data department... was on hold for 18 minutes...when the line went quiet.....and I disconnected the call.... the worst service ever.
