I logged my claim on 14 April 2020. They requested my medical certificate, I sent it more than 5 times. Still no money, I only get a certain percentage of my salary due to illness and being off work sick. With COVID19 and no money, how does one survive. I am extremely disappointed with this department. I will be going to all social media sites as well.
We did an upgrade at Cresta Vodacom. Completed documentation to change banking details. Vodacom advised that they would change the details but never did. They debited my account, "although" the details haven't changed yet. Received an sms stating payment not received. I am looking for the CEO details so that I could lodge a formal complaint and complete a promise to pay.
Its been 7 days. And still no funds in my account. Withdrawal process sucks!!!
Bought a brand new vehicle from VW Braamfontein. Cold start issue, taken in, no resolution. Screen goes off, no resolution. Fog light and EPC light comes on, Apparently this is the fuel pump giving issues and was now replaced.. this car switched off and left us stranded with my kids and i in the vehicle. VW assist came after 1 hour. Imagine if we were in a bushy area, no signal, cant call VW Assist, what then? Life hurt or lost, no compensation would ever make up for the loss! Contacted CEO Thomas and all they coul say was collect your repaired vehicle. Not happy with the outcome, taking matter further. MIOSA, CPA, PAPERS
This has been the most disgusting service ever!!! My phone had gone in for a damaged report (for insurance purposes) I needed this done, the same day, 20th April, I had called and asked that they continue with the repairs. It is now 04 May and still no phone, even after the manager had promised to get this sorted out as soon as possible. Now we all know that having a phone is no longer a luxury but a basic need! I should have taken this phone to Samsung, I am almost 100% sure that I would have had the phone back within 2 business days. Should I mention that the store never answers their phones! Extremely disappointed
I have been applying for an account. I keep getting phone calls from different people asking me for the same documentation that I've sent through a million times already. And the sms''s constantly asking for the docs. I have again sent it through and will not be sending it through again. If this is the kind of service you give, I don't think I want to shop at woolworths any longer or have an account with you!
I applied for a rcp and a credit card. Everything shows on my online banking but a zero balance. This is so frustrating as I have no time going into a branch. When will the money's reflect.
<p>We have upgraded 2 years ago and was told by MTN that we owe R3700, which stupid enough, we paid!</p> <p>Its time for an upgrade and we are told that we owe R3381.27. They have cut our contract line.</p> <p>We have never been notified about the "unpaid" premiums, no notification of anything but we owe them.</p> <p>We have been loyal to MTN and this time around, I will not be fooled and stupid to pay. They need to fix this, or I will be fighting them in court.</p>
We were told that this is the best pb for our vehicle to be repaired at. We took the vehicle for repairs and when we got it back, the bumper, bonnet, dents, windows were in a worst condition than it was before it went to them! We have taken it back numerous occasions and still no luck! Trying one last time, wish us luck!!! This is definitely not the best or even one of the best. They should be taken off insurance panels. Very bad service and repair work.
I loaded a complaint against the staff at the call centre. I was promised that the management team would give me a call \shortly". it has now been 2 days since the last complaint and I still have not heard anything from them!!!! I want a call from the Head of the service department"
