Payment was supposed to go off, didn't. Tried to pay manually, says my card is blocked. I've called, emailed and chatted but no luck, can't seem to get hold of anybody. It says my card is blocked, but all debits went off ; the bank reassured me the error is from Payjustnow. Now there is interest on the payment, I didn't know where to pay so I can delete this nonsense. If anyone can assist me please help. The store where purchase was made is also not sure on how to go about this..
I recently encountered a very disappointing experience at Cape Quarter DE Waterkant on Saturday 10 January 2026, while trying to purchase a Smartlife electric griller for a friend's birthday. After confirming its availability over the phone, I was assured that the item would be set aside for me. However, upon arriving at the store a few hours later around 14:20—after a lengthy hour-long drive—I was shocked to find out that the griller was not available. The assistant I spoke with seemed distracted and unorganized, prompting me to go and get the product same day. Despite emphasizing the importance of this purchase, my situation was clearly not prioritized. Manager on duty Tasneem Diedricks was unable to contact the area manager or store manager to resolve the issue. I requested reimbur*****t for my travel expenses, as I had gone out of my way based on their assurances. The area manager, Keith , promised to personally deliver the product by Sunday 11 January 2026, but that never happened. After wasting an entire day at home waiting, I was left empty-handed. I later spoke with store manager Muneeb on Monday 12 Jan, the day of the birthday, who failed to provide any clarity or accountability. Despite her promise to share communication regarding my situation, she cited the POPIA as a reason not to disclose information, neglecting consumer rights. Ultimately, I am left without the gift and feeling frustrated about the time and petrol wasted due to poor customer service. The numerous calls clearly aimed at giving me the run around, were condescending at best. The last telephonic communication with Muneeb, she assured me that she would call and give me an exact response from the distribution team, it's very unclear how the blame now is shifted to their office. I know for a fact that had this happened to anyone living in that area, this matter would have been resolved immediately without all this run around
On 5 June 2025 requested a cancelation on my line as I was moving, it was confirmed. Then I was told to request a relocation and so the line can be moved. I explained in detail that I would not need wifi for two months, which was indicated as fine. The line was supposed to expire 31 July and then when I relocate I would reactivate the line which I did in Sept. Was billed in Sept, which I thought was for Seot/Oct... Lo and behold I get another invoice for Oct, no one wants to take responsibility and I have all the chats.. What a useless service. I have referred so many family friends and colleagues to this service provider but now I'm not happy at all... My suspension is a week before I get paid and these guys don't care.. Looking for another service provider. Totally disgusted by this service...
Submitted a claim, the consultant Beverley Mabitsela has been MIA. I have been calling in to make constant enquiries and request updates. Now I'm told the claim was unsuccessful, whereas I had a similar issue in April and before with leaks under sink, now this one is the shower. Previously I used to do it out of pocket because it was cheaper than paying excess, now because the claim is more than the excess it's now unsuccessful.... These guys play with customer's... There is a whole lot more I could write but I'm seriously angry at how they are conducting themselves... They are ******
Theeeeeee dirtiest accommodation you will ever find with an owner and managing agent who don't give a damn. As you enter the walls are dirty, the door, tiles are just a mess. The main bedroom has moilded curtains, with a stench that carries for days. If you have sinus it is a nightmare. The places reeks of mould, informed the managing agent Frikkie and said he has nothing to do with it. Told us the owner will be contacted, and we informed him we cant sleep there, they told us to cancel via bookings.com which would take our whole payment. We are sitting at a restaurant trying to book elsewhere and the Steven and Frikkie are refusing to refund us....we have pictures to prove it
An employee of Diebold Noxdorf (Aluwali Mu****ni) drove into my car damaging my bumper on 13 Feb 2024, we did inspection, he promised to sort it out. We were supposed to go and get quotations, the guy cancelled last minute leaving me to run around to get those. Only got one and other places requested I make pre-payment on 3rd party quotations. relayed the message to him and the colleague he indicated was responsible for claims matter. He doesn't make any follow us, gets angry and agitated each time I call to enquire on progress..sent me to go to quotation I Athlone after I asked him to direct me to the place he went to so that the panel beaters can see the damage, he decides to send me elsewhere, leaving me to question I'd he actually went to his companies service provider. he refuses to give me his work address, telephone number and the person responsible for claims......he is basically a ***** and wants to defer responsibility...if this what Diebold staff are this dishonest I question what this company stands for...we'll see when we get to the police station for the case number Currently opening a case of ************ against him as he threatened to beat me while we were opening the accident case...and all while he is wearing his work shirt with Company name on it.The officer even reprimanded him telling him that he was rude and had no way to address matters. I'm definitely not letting this one slide, I will report him directly to him company....he is a danger to women in general
I'm only raring so I can write a review otherwise you don't even deserve a star. It's been three months that you've been giving my mom the run around, you have been promising full install and activation. I guess it's because you guys think she's an old idiot living in the township that doesn't know better. Install the damn wifi and activate it, what is the issue, does she have to beg you. Your agents every promise to come but always don't 'find' the address, funny because all other service providers that we share the address with have. ever had any issues, SORT THIS NONSENSE OUT
The two ladies at the Khayelitsha Brabch definitely know what they are doing. From first contact on whatsapp to getting into the showroom, they are easy to talk to and can give proper advice. The guys are also hands on and called before delivery explaining the processes. The stone itself is of good quality....it was a pleasure dealing with all of you..thank you
Useless useless useless...been without fibre the whole weekend, reported numerous times no support at all, can't get anybody on tbe phone....what a waste of my money...
After numerous calls, escalations (dumping off to another person who won't/cant assist). It's been days and to date I have no idea where my query and refund is, what the status is. I have been recording all calls because everybody has different stories.....I'm tired now I just want my money
