I have had problem with vodacom fibre since day 1 Most of the time, theres an issue with connectivity, customer agents are rude, even up to now I have to connectivity and they are saying I will get response in the next 24hours, what bothers me more, wn I tried cancelling contracts they came with thesebhdden clauses which they dont tell you when you takeup the contract
I have a concern regarding the way my application was handled, I have app**** for a subscription recently. And they came and did the site inspection and design,the design was loaded and I made the first subscription payment, now today I got a whatsapp from the gentleman who did the design, that someone says I do not qualify. I feel offended and I feel as if this is a racial issue which I will be taking up with my lawyers early Monday morning, I am worried if this is not about racial matters, or privileged race, I say this because today I just got approved by a different company and kindly request my refund and I want nothing to do with your filthy company again

The worst tracking company I have ever used, two weeks back I installed their unit on my car and they promised that within 4 days, I will receive my panic button. up to now I don't have a panic button. the worst this is that when I try to cancel they refer my to a 36months contract. so think twice before taking any contract with MIX Telematics, they are not who they claim to be
They keep disappointing on online orders, I ordered Pizza and waited 2.5 hours for my delivery. They are unprofessional until you start.complianing no one give a sh#t
