My vehicle is a VW Polo GTI 2019 REG: GP which I purchased second hand from VW Westgate in Roodepoort Gauteng. Early in September this year 2022 I noticed a knocking noise come from the front of my vehicle. I then called and took my vehicle to VW Constantia Roodepoort where Irfaan Ally has been assisting me. They checked my vehicle numerous times to see what the noise could be they first pointed out that it is the gearbox mounting where they ordered the part and replaced it. The very next day after collecting the vehicle I called Irfaan Ally and informed him that the same noise is still there on my vehicle so he said I must bring it back which I did. Now after the noise complaint on my vehicle I booked my vehicle in for a service in October 2022 105000km service. When calling in the book this vehicle I mentioned to the lady (Service advisor) "Please can you check my car as the knocking noise which I have reported is still persisting on my vehicle also I would just like my wheel alignment checked as this past week whilst driving from Carletonville I hit a pothole". Now this is after I complained about a persisting knocking noise coming from the front right of my vehicle. Since that day I have had my vehicle at VW Constantia once a week every week where they had no problem ordering parts to replace the shock mounting etc. Last week Friday 04/11/2022 they finally stripped my car apart in front after the noise has still been there and not once went away confirmed by the foreman Sylvester. They then informed me that this is due to the steering rack on the vehicle. However, because I have hit a pothole and it is noted on a job card VW is refusing to repair this and saying it is now at my own cost, but I still have an existing maintenance plan etc. on this vehicle and this noise complaint of a knocking noise has been there prior to me bringing my vehicle in for a service and before I hit a pothole. This matter was escalated REF:400957398 to VW Customer center where I spoke to Thando and then Karen whom I believe is Thando's manager. I also met with the Dealer Principal Sibu along with the workshop manager Muhammed Ali. After trying to get this matter resolved the feedback I kept getting from both VW HQ and VW Constantia was that it was due to the pothole not looking on history of the vehicle where I mentioned this and brought the vehicle in for the knocking noise. I kept pointing out speak to the service advisor Irfaan Ally who can confirm this is the case and the noise has been there. Now today I was on a recorded call with VW call center, where myself, Irfaan Ally, Karen from VW and Thando from VW spoke the consensus achieved at the end of the call was that the noise has been there and there has been complaints about the noise prior to ever hitting the pothole this was confirmed with Irfaan Ally where Karen and Thando agreed call was recorded After waiting the whole day, I received a call from Karen at VW call center saying that now all of a sudden, the noise is different because they replaced the gearbox mounting and then that the noise is not the same????? My question to you Volkswagen South-Africa, do you honestly believe this? Can you believe this? And please I am begging for your assistance it keeps feeling to me like as soon as 1 thing is pointed out they look for another reason.

Been trying to get hold of Webafrica for over a week, they always expierence "super long wait times" where you hold 50 plus minutes. I have tried cancelling my service and speaking to the representatives but to no luck either. I requested call backs at multiple times still waiting for been over a week. Their whatsapp support lines is a total failure the get back to you a day later and still cannot sort out your issue.
Gave Magic Touch-Up a call regarding a dent on my vehicle they were swift with regards to sending me a quation. The gentlemen Thomas came through fixed the dent and touch up work in more or less 3 hours was extremely happy with the work done looked brand new could not see where the dent on the vehicle was. Thanks Frikkie and Thomas appreciate your service.

Cannot get hold of them tried calling several times but no answer and these calls are made in business hours. The listed an account on my ITC but I have no info or when trying to find out more via there whatsapp line still there is no assistance. Cannot believe businesses trust them to help with collections.
My account has been handed of to Munnik Basson Dagama Incorporated Attorneys I have tried calling them for more than 3 weeks every single time holding more than 20 minutes for them to answer and waiting in a Que. As soon as I come 1st in line for my call to be answered their automated response says they are busy leave you number and they will get back to you. However I have left so many messages to be called back and not once has anyone called me back. Your service is absolutely poor. Please can you answer your phone/emails when people try to call you.
Hi, I have been experiencing slow fibre inter the 2 days. When calling there isn't anyone available telling me to make use of your whatsapp support because it is a weekend. When making use of your whatsapp support, I have been waiting for nearly 40 minutes for you to connect me to your agents but still no luck. Your support is absolutely awful over a weekend. For this reason I will be looking at making a switch to a new ISP. I have checked not affected by any network interruptions in my area. I would not reccommend moving over to webafrica if you seeking a company who offer tech support. The time now is Sunday Morning 10h31.
