I have been waiting for my withdrawal since the am’s, consultant has been making empty promises
Finchoice this is the second review I write about your horrible service and empty promises. Does your mobimoney take 6 days to payout, Is this how you treat your customers lately, This is horrible!
My brother app**** for a loan 3 days back an still hasnt received feedback not only that they dont care about their clients and subtley very rude. We have an urgent emergency that needs funds as soon as in yesterday
Too bad I can’t write a review without a star, I wasn’t going to give them anyway. The arrogance and I Tsholo when I asked them to cancel my policy. She promised to cancel the policy and said that there we will definitely be a refund which I’m still waiting for it till today. The document she sent me is password protected she just forwarded it to me and did not tell me me what to use for the password she said ID number after telling she bluntly ignored me and was unbothered. Rooks brokers is this how you train your stuff on how to act when one no longer is your client. And by the way the agent is Tsholofelo
A bought a voucher on the Capitec app and made an error with the reference, I notified Hollywood and a lady by the name Bandile called me and said I should send proof even if it's a statement because I have been struggling to retrieve the proof of payment. I send the statement to support now they are refusing it saying they can't help me out using a statement, whereas the consultant that called me said a statement is fine.
DSV has the most *********** staff that lie to their clients just to get them off the call. I am expecting a delivery from mtn that was supposed to be delivered on Friday, I got an sms in the morning saying the parcrl will be delivered between 1n4 pm, nobody calls, I had to call DSV to find out what's happening only to be told that the parcel cannot be delivered that day the driver is having a problem with opening the vault, my question was, wasn't I supposed to be notified? Then they say it will be booked for Monday which is today, I call them again in the morning and I'm told it will be delivered today between 1n4 pm, I call again in the afternoon only to be told my parcel has not been scanned out for delivery today. What the hell? Why lie to your clients, I need this parcel delivered as in last week Friday. I ask to speak to the manager the agent just puts on hold. I'm utterly disgusted with your service it's pathetic and the people working there don't know what they are doing!

I have been having a problem with cartrack's tracking device from the first month after installation. Yes I reported it and someone came to fix it and guess what it's been faulty again ever since! I've been calling to get it fixed with no luck, I called in the other day last week spoke to the customer service manager who promised he'll call me back he needs to escalate it and guess what, it's a week now still waiting for the call and my unit is still not working, will cartrack replace my car if it gets stolen, since they have been debiting my account but the unit they gave me has not been working since God knows for how long. Been calling the scheduling department, all they do is give me wrong times and wrong information, the incompetency in that department is shocking! I have asked to cancel the contract and they told me I'll have to pay the remainder of the months of the contract, which I'm not happy about because the unit in my car has been faulty ever since. Cartrack will pay for my car if something happens to it. I can't be running after you guys all the time whereas you are very quick to debit my account but the tracking device hasn't been working from the first month
My mom received the most shocking, disgusting service at the Phumulani mall branch, she asked one off the staff members to assist her to make an ATM deposit, since she is elderly and technologically challenged, Guess what the staff member said to my mom? " Why don't you call your children to come help you?" Is this how you treat your senior citizens FNB? Where is the respect? And elderly woman being told such rubbish and treated like this says a whole lot about your customer service.
Good day Capitec, I'm really disappointed with how you treat clients and treat them like criminals, I had an account with you guys and it was blocked due to someone who I played stokvels with went to a branch near them and reported my account as fraudulent and my account was blocked, however I tried speaking to the person and they refused because they wanted their money back and I couldn't give it back because it was a stokvel and we met online. I went to the branch to get assistance, they called headoffice and my account was still denied to be reinstated I really want to use Capitec again and I just need to find out what do I do now because I am not a fraudster as my account has been labeled and I want to use capitec again
