I ordered the Unreal Breakfast and my daughter ordered the Mac and cheese. Our food was served without any sauces on the table. I asked the Busser (not the waitress) to bring us sauce and salt, he never returned and I had to take it from another table. My daughter's Mac and cheese was extremely hard and looked unappetising. It was sent to the kitchen and returned much better and tasted good. My bacon tasted off and smelt strange. It was sent to the kitchen and the chef returned with fresh bacon advising its the same bacon that everyone else was eating, he practically forced me to eat the fresh bacon, even though I told him I did not want to. I had also told the other female manager that I lost my appetite and did not want anything. I did however taste the new bacon it was better. But, the chef approaching me like that made me feel like I should not complain and there's something wrong with me and not the bacon. Even though one of the other managers took the original bacon, smelt it and felt it smelt weird too. My daughter agreed that there was something wrong with the original bacon. 3 managers came to my table, 1 took the bacon; the other one asked what was wrong and the 3rd one (not sure if he was the F&B manager) was unprofessional
After seeing the Burger Fridays add on Friday, 4 March, I was excited about the new ebucks and Pick n Pay relationship. And who doesn't like Burger Fridays. At Pick n Pay, standing at the till to pay, the cashier first complained about "another FNB" customer and asked if my card was linked. I didn't know what she was talking about. Needless to say, Pick n Pay did not pick up the ebucks rewards and short of embarrassment at the till, I paid R100 for Friday Burgers. The add stated I'd only pay R50. As an FNB client and level 5 ebucks, I was sorely disappointed. I tried to Google search how to link my FNB ebucks rewards and Pick N Pay without any results.
We had a ladies breakfast on Saturday and the service was shocking and almost non existent. 1. We were about 15 ladies and on placing our drinks order, 2 coffees never arrived. More then 15 minutes later, we queried what happened and the server hardly apologized. 2. Our food order was taken almost 45 minutes after we sat down. Our breakfast drinks were already done before someone came to get our food orders. We were seated around 10:15 and ordered our food just before 11:00. 3. There were flies. 4. I don't know if we had a designated server but he was hardly around to get drinks orders, clear the table or check on us. 5. I ordered the Skilpadvalie breakfast. My sausage was not cooked through. I could not signal anyone to come so I placed the sausage on a saucer and while cleaning the table after some ladies has finished, only then did the waiter acknowledge me. He took my sausage and within less than 15 minutes returned with a sausage now strangely covered in sauce. The sausage original meal did not have sauce, that made me wonder. 6. There should have been bread with our meal. Half way through the meal, after asking the waiter where was there bread, only then did they bring out the bread that was supposed to go with our meal. Most of us had eaten through half of our breakfast by the time the bread came. 7. While paying our bill at the end, the waiter passed by me twice without asking me to pay. This made me feel unwelcome, while signalling the waiting for me to pay so that we could leave. 8. Lack of visible servers, lack of people to clean. 9. We tipped the waiter but he did not deserve it. I wasn't expecting much as this was my first time, but I was honestly disappointed by the overall experience.
I had Nandi call me, walked me through all the possibilities. She was detailed and informative
I stood in the express cue at Spar Parow Valley Cape Town and when I got to the front, I took out my items and the cashier, Caren, walking away from me tells me she's going on her break. I was the only person in line, I had 2 items and she didn't have the decency to say "I'm so sorry", she tells me she's going on a break as she walks away. Absolutely no respect

I was discharge md from hospital a few minutes ago and headed to clicks, Parow Valley to with my prescription.

As this is not the first time I've had to wait, I wanted to bring the terribly slow service to someone's attention.

All line ahead of me was a young lady, a much older lady (probably in her 70's-80's) a lady with a young baby, another lady, my mom who's in her 60's and myself pregnant woman straight out of hospital.

I beg if you, please look at the custom service at the pharmacy department. If 1 of the older ladies didn't ask for assistance, there didn't seem to be anyone helping in prescription section. Only the self medication section had people working. The people behind the counter just seemed to be "acting" busy with staff training and holding up cubicles.

I shop at clicks for good service but try not to use the pharmacy unless I'm in desperate. This was 1 such occasion. 30 min later, and besides the older 70-80 year old, everyone is still here waiting to be helped.

I paid my account last month and the lady who helped me (I think her name is Chevonne) was awesome. She smiled, remembered me from a previous time, asked me how my husband was (as we were in the store earlier this year looking for clothes for a photo-shoot), she looked great and was just overall a lovely experience.
I left the store feeling great as it is very seldom that one finds great service any more. The lady who helped me deserves a promotion or increase :)
I went into the Parow Centre branch last month for a WIFI dongle and was advised they were out of stock but that they would place an order for me and contact me when it arrives. A week later, I had not heard from them so I went into the store only to be told it had not arrived yet. 2 weeks later I walked in to ask if it had arrived only to find that in fact it had but no 1 bothered to contact me. There is only 1 available and the price has increased and I can only get it on the increased rate. The guy who helped did not have a name badge only badge that stated Smart Crew and told me his name is Bobby. This is not the first time I have had such bad service at this branch but after the refurbishments and more staff I mistakenly thought they had improved their service for a better customer experience. I wait 3 weeks for a Dongle to arrive, no one took the initiative to contact me, there was no name put on the Dongle mentioning that it was for a customer (me), no names so no one will take ownership, rates have now increased without anyone notifying me. Is there a better branch to visit where the customer feels valued?
