Finally able to move everything I have from this company. In my opinion, the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you want my advice, do not touch them.
HATE HATE HATE this company with a passion!!! Without doubt the worst I have ever dealt with. Waited for 30 minutes to get to position 1 and the call is dropped, and that happens a lot. Everything I do with this lot is a struggle. Purchased a certificate and still waiting for it to be app****. If I click on the link to try and set it up, the site is down. Set up and email hours ago and still waiting for it work. How the hell this crowd are still in operation is beyond me. Can't wait to get away from them!!!
Don't touch this company with a barge pole! They are the worst ISP I have ever dealt with. I have had countless bad experiences with them but this latest was the final straw. They lost all my emails for two domains, everything I had sent and those in my inbox. Emails would appear and disappear on a daily basis. This happened over a two month period and caused me an enormous amount of inconvenience and disruption to my business. Imagine the embarrassment of having to contact clients to request they send me emails to another account! They also **** about the cause of the issue, firstly telling me it was a server update, then a server issue, then load balancing. I believe some compensation would be in order but received a flat no and was refereed to their "Please review the terms and conditions below" What a disgusting way to treat a client. I have sort legal advice and will be moving everything I have and advising all my clients to do the same.
Bought a TV on Monday, was promised delivery for Friday. When it never arrived I called many times and finally got through to be told it is in the loading bay and will be delivered that day. Delivery never happened! No one phoned me to explain why it did not get delivered. Tried to phone the person who sold it to me, and the cell number given was not available - later found out that they only take Whatsapp messages. Had to drive to the store to get some clarity on what was happening. Was told it will be delivered by 2pm, finally received it by 5pm. First and last time I will use this store! Always believed that this company prided themselves on their reputation and customer service. Was none existent in my case.
Cannot express how disappointed I am with this company. They have had my car for weeks and tell me nothing but lies and that they are working on the problem. When I ask why it is taking so long, I was not given an answer and was told "I'm being unfair" What a joke, I have been accommodating by taking my car to them, listening to their BS and kept in the dark, yet I am unfair! They do not care about their brand and customer service i almost none existent. This was a huge purchase for me and possibly the last vehicle I will own. it has caused me a great deal of anxiety and stress but no one cares.
Disgusting service! Tried to get a unit replaced under warranty and was basically given my old unit back with a new board. Told I was an awkward customer because I tried to stand up for my rights.
Another round of extremely poor service from this bank. More broken promises and failure to complete basic tasks. I have been with this bank for many years and despite many attempts and phone calls to resolve my issue, which they have caused, my account is now locked out. How can an organisation of this size constantly get it so wrong or am I just very unlucky? An example of another big corporation that does not care about it's clients! Supposedly all calls are recorded but obviously not monitored, as surely someone would not let this kind of nonsense continue. Does anyone know of a bank that actually gives good service? Would never recommend this bank to anyone.
So called support is absolutely shocking. Trying to explain even the most basic problem is a nightmare! Total waste of time. You need to read the comments you are getting.
R450 per person to enter sun city!!! How can this be justified? The process is very annoying, had to go to a local petrol station to buy the tickets. Had to suffer a disgusting smell in the Soho hotel, toilets in poor condition. Despicable service from what I believed was a South African institution. Will not be returning anytime soon!
Have been told that a refund could take 6 to 8 weeks to process. This is outrageous! I paid immediately when I booked the ticket so I would expect the same when I was informed that my flight had been cancelled. Staff not very helpful either.
