Watch out for their bogus "buy 3 pay for 2 offer" it doesn't exist, its just a con to get people to place orders. sad to see a once reputable business using these ***** tactics. PLEASE DON'T GET CAUGHT...
I order a TV from a branch 20 minutes from my home, due to the size of the TV I opted for delivery. 4 Days later I have no clue when this TV will arrive & absolutely no one at Incredible Connection can give me any info. It is like the mystery TV out there somewhere??? I eventually decided it would be quicker to collect the myself - they tell me this is impossible - it has to be delivered. FOR A COMPANY THAT PRIMARILY DEALS IN COMPUTER EQUIPMENT TO BE THIS DIS-ORGANISED & COMPLETELY USLESS IS REALLY SCARY........I DON'T THINK I WILL EVER DEAL WITH INCREIBLE CONNECTION AGAIN !!!!!!!!!
After ordering a trimmer that showed "in stock" on 17 March - I had received no further updates - 3 days later I queried the order with Northern Bolt - to be informed by Bradley, that stock was in fact only arriving on Thursday 20 March - & I would receive my order the following week. Next thing I know they have refunded my money & presume cancelled my order ????? in-spite off all the 5 star reviews - I found the total lack of communication from Northern Bolt to be shocking.
Watch out for these guys - they take you cash fast enough. When you have a query it is impossible to get hold of anyone. I have submitted 5 support queries - I have not received 1 reply. No one answers their phone - IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF ANYONE ????? I WILL NEVER USE HTIS PLATFORM AGAIN!!!!!
Watch out for these guys, they are a bunch of ******. They charged me for a "Ferry Vehicle" R 1500 - which according to my advice was not necessary. They forced me to pay for it, & when it was not used, they refused to refund the charge. They staff just disappeared after unloading the truck, without even checking if we were satisfied. Not surprising certain items were taken that were not given to them, which we then had to retrieve from their premises in Cliffdale ?? THEY FORCE YOU TO PAY 100% UPFRONT - SO WE HAD NO CHOICE IN THE MATTER - I JUST PRESUMED THEY WOULD REFUND THE CHARGE FOR THE VEHICLE THAT WAS NOT USED - IT HAS TAKEN ALMOST A WEEK FOR THEM TO RETURN MY CALL - I SHOULD NEVER HAVE USED THESE ****** !!!!!!!!!
I received a quote from Discovery for Gap Cover for R 348 per month. As soon as I have signed up they charge me R531, & are not wiling to abide by the price that was quoted to me?? I believe they call it Discovery - because the longer you are with them the more you "Discovery" how useless they are !! Think twice before you change to Discovery - its a nightmare - you can never get hold of anyone - the whole place is run on "computer bots" which can't answer ay queries. I'm sorry I ever changed over !!!
DSTV have just removed their support for Hisense TV's - no explanation given ??? In addition they are not providing a solution to customers who have Hisense TV's. This is the typical "could not care less" attitude DSTV have shown or many years now towards their customers - I for one, will not be sad to see them disappear - they are beyond useless !!!!!!
After 20 years of paying my bond every month, not missing or short paying a single payment, over 20 years I finally paid off my bond. Not 1 single word of "congratulations" - "well done" or anything of the sort, from FNB. Only a phone call to tell me I would need to pay ANOTHER pile of money to get the lawyers to give back my title deeds. After paying over R 547000 in interest to FNB you would think just a thank you would be in order ?? Apalled at the lack of recognition for this acheivement - I was convinced they had made a mistake so I messaged the CEO Jacques Celliers - well NO SURPISE - ZERO RESPONSE FROM HIM EITHER ?? FNB THE BANK OF THE GREEDY - NOT THE CHANGEABLES ???
They take your booking & your money fast enough - but when there is a query, or you need to contact someone GOOD LUCK ??? Flight Centre send e-mails out with the contact no.'s 0877405105 or 011 7789915. The problem is no one ever answers either of these number ?? NOT SURE HOW TO GET HOLD OF FLIGHT CENTRE AFTER THEY HAVE MY MONEY ???
Simply the worst appliance service I have ever received. For over a month I have been waiting for defy to repair an Oven. The excuses, & amount of people I have spoken to, are too long to list. For the past 2 week I have been told parts are on there way from Ladysmith ?? I could have walked from Durban to Ladysmith & back in this time. THE SAGA CONTINUES ????
