I went to edgars west street in Durban to exchange school shoes that is not fitting the child. The service when I returned the shoes was good, I've exchanged and left. This morning I received a call from the sales person telling me I should bring back the shoes. When I get to the store, they took back the shoes that I exchanged telling me the policy does not allow to exchange shoes. In the slip it written there is a 30 days return policy, but edgars west street did not adhere to that.
I am very disappointed with the service, I received from MTN. I bought home wifi of R280 a Month, MTN has deducted R 485 instead of R 280, their next invoice is written R 746, meaning end of December they will bill me R746. I have been trying to get hold of them, i have sent emails, no response. It even worse because their network it not working and it been a 3rd day today.
The service of DSV in durban is extremely poor, I was waiting for my parcel to be delivered today, I kept calling thr don't answer their phones, if I call JHB branch, they kept me on hold for almost an hour, only come back and say we will call you later, it 18:15, I have not received a confirmation of my parcel. Sad part, I'm relocatng to another country on Wednesday. Which means, I won't get my parcel. I'm frustrated, the supervisor on duty, promised to call, she hasn't called, I've been calling with no success.
Yesterday, I went to Vodacom at the bluff in KZN, to pay for my router account, the sales lady by the name of Lindy, was horrible rude to me as a customer, she was shouting at me as if I did something wrong, I only asked her to assist in calling Vodacom call centre so that they can reconnect my services, but she shouted at me she even told me to **** off, I told the manager but he covered for her, I am very disappointed with the service i received from that Vodacom.
I reported the issue of my Sunroof in March 2023, I follow up with them every week with no success. In March, they told me that they would need to keep the car for at least a week to fix the sunroof, however I would need to come back 1stbof week of April when they have courtesy car, indeed I called and came back two days before the date they have me, I was told that they would need to assess the vehicle again as there is no need to keep the car for a week, they would do it in one day, but the guy who does assessment is on leave will be back the following week, Indedd i came back the following week, i was told they will order parts and let me know, once the parts have arrived, again I kept on calling as they failed to call me, until mid-April, I brought the vehicle, they kept it for the whole day, only to find out in the afternoon that they did not fix it, because they bought wrong parts, I also told them there is a funny noise coming from the Engen, they have claimed they've checked and there is nothing, but the noise is still there, they said they will call me before and of April, today is the 1st of June, still my sunroof issue is not resolved. I am very disappointed with Haval Tollgate in Durban.
I have been contacting COJ regarding my municipal account with no success, in November 2022, COJ installed a prepaid meter in my house, my account was paid up in full, but they have been charging me R4000 as from December 2022 till to date for an electricity bill, now they claim that I Owe them R 18 000, how can they charge me a bill of R 4000 for electricity because I have prepaid account, what makes me more angry, I have been querying this since January 2023, they are not responding, now they are threatening to cut off my electricity. I have been flying from Durban to JHB to resolve this issue with no success. i have been carrying cost to resolve their mistake, but they don't bother to resolve it. My Tenants are now scared that they might stay in the dark place because of incompetency at City of Johannesburg.

<p>Greyhound hasnt refunded my ticket my ticket money, I have been calling custome service no is willing is willing to help, they gave me an email address to send an email to which is: ********** this person is not responding to my endless email.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried everything yet Greyhound hasnt refunded me.</p> <p> </p> <p>last sunday when i left JHB-DBN, i was traveliing with my 3 & 6 yrs old boys, greyhound changed our bus to citiliner, greyhound people at park station alocated a seat right next to the tingy toilet for me any boys, my 3yr old was voming half of the way to DBN, the smell in that toilet was unbearable.</p>
