I would like to commend Brian Khonziwe from Buffalo Logistics for going above and beyond. My parcel required an address change while it was already in international airspace, so I was extremely skeptical that the update would go through. I was fully prepared for complications, but the entire process was unexpectedly smooth. Brian ensured my parcel was delivered to the updated address without any issues — and even though I wasn’t home at the time, everything was handled perfectly. His professionalism and efficiency truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Buffalo Logistics, for the excellent service, and a special thank you to Brian for outstanding customer care.
Bought a 2nd-hand car in May, but the license disk expired at the end of June. I struggled to renew it through both my bank accounts, and neither bank could explain why. I found ChatBack on the internet and decided to take a chance. They quickly identified the reason for the block on the license. After getting the roadworthy done, I had my license disk in hand in less than a week! I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first after reading some reviews, but they truly deserve a 5/5 from me. Excellent service!
This is the first time I’ve had a late delivery from Temu, and unfortunately, it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. There’s no way to contact the Speedaf head office in South Africa, and I wasn’t provided with a contact number for the delivery person. This lack of communication has made an already stressful situation even worse, as I have no clear way to track my parcel. I don’t want to cancel or reorder because these were the last items my mom ordered for me before she passed away—they carry deep sentimental value. Instead of peace, Speedaf has only added to the emotional burden. To make matters worse, their customer service is nonexistent—just automated responses, no real help. My biggest fear is that they’ll hand over the package to a random person on the street. Pray you don’t end up with Speedaf as your courier. It feels like winning a lottery you never wanted—one that only brings stress and disappointment.
Total ****. Doesn't reply to any form of communications. Email, online enquiry, WhatsApp, nothing. According to their online policy it should have been shipped 4 days ago. Looked up address. It's a building in a shipping yard. Trying to get my money back from the bank. Must say they put a lot of work into their website to make it look legit.
Would give zero stars if it was possible. i'm on the 11th working day after order was shipped. been contacting costumer service since last week. only response is we will contact courier company and get back to you. they never come back to you. if i didnt really want my order i would have told them to refund me back into my account and i dont want store credit. get your act together. it takes less time to order from companies like shein and temu. much better service and quality with less hastle and better costumer service. no wonder we would rather pay import tax than order in south africa.
Worst lying, ***********, rude drivers and call centre staff (Chris). On Friday 8/11/2024 the driver could not read the address correctly. Parcel not delivered. Logged as phone not answered. LIE!!!!! Monday 11/11/2024 driver phoned ONCE. When trying to call back the driver he doesn't answer his phone. Parcel not delivered. Tried whole day rescheduling delivery using link that was sent to me via e-mail - complete waste of time. Phone call centre spoke the a very rude man named (Chris) Time 7:58. Refused to put me through to his manager. He says my parcel can only be escalated if the problem was on Buffalo side. I'm pretty sure both days the problem was on their side. WhatsApp line and e-mail system of no use. Asked that manager phone me back before 8:30 when i have a meeting - also ignored.
Momentum Investo has a form to surrender (buy off) the policy. I have completed the form and attached all necessary documents. Momentum are now full of excuses. Can Momentum please explain to me why they have a form to buy off a policy if they are not willing to do so... Do they not know what forms they are placing on the internet??
I have tried placing an order on 7May. Website said it was unsuccessful due to item not being in stock. About 10 minutes later i received an sms that said order was received. The order doesnt show on the website. The money was taken from my account. I already contacted them twice about this problem. No attempt was made to rectify the mistake.
I have placed my order on 6 November. It was shipped on 8 November. I emquired about my package on Saterday, 21 November. Received a reply that the package is at the store. Went to the Forrest Hill store on 23 November. The store is closed down. Again emailed Mr Price Home. No reply to date. Fast to take your money but slow to deliver a service.
I placed an order on 09/11/2019. One week later no delivery was made. When I looked on the website it says failed but payment was made with EFT. No contact was made from customer services. When I contacted them they said the order was never captured on their system, I need to confirm my bank details and refund will be made. One week later and still no refund. How long does a refund take. Fast to take your money but very slow to return it. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!!
