I’ve been waiting for my parcel since Friday. They call and confirm address and never deliver. I was told the delivery was unsuccessful even though I’m at home.
Spur Nashville in Newcastle Mall almost killed our entire family. From elderly to the young, we got diarrhea and vomited after eating there on 1st January 2026. What a horrible experience! 7 people got sick, only one who was fine was a 7 month old baby.
Please stop debiting my account. I canceled my contract with you in July.
I'm giving them 1 star as there is no 0 star rating. This company is SO annoying with their emails with offers I care nothing about. Within a second of just purchasing a voucher, my inbox was flooded with unnecessary emails from them. Stop sending me all your useless emails and unsubscribe my email from all your unsolicited emails.
Do not take out a cell phone contract with MTN because they will go to the ends of the world to make sure that you are unable to cancel it. I've called three times and every time I am met with different reasons as to why I cannot cancel.
When it comes to payment, I have to fight these people every month because they add fees I don't even know about onto my account. I was just charged for changing my payment date and the supervisor had the gall to tell me I should have known to change it. Incompetent is an understatement when it comes to this company. You don't even deserve one star.
I'm absolutely disgusted by this business. I unsubscribe everyday from unsolicited emails but keep getting them anyway. To top it off, they're now sending them to my work email. Stop harassing me. I'm not buying from you anytime soon. Yerrrr!

This complaint is related to the Durban to Johannesburg 9:45am JE256 flight on December 3rd. Shiveashnee, one of the stewardess was quite rude to us as passengers whilst we were waiting to diesembark via the back door. Instead of politely explaining to us why we couldn't use the back door to get off, she proceeded to rudely shout to us to "just use the other door", using her hands to tell us off as if we were bothering her with our presence. One of the passengers asked her why we couldn't use the door and she proceeded to answer her (rudely) without the 'shadow' of a smile on her face. A little bit of friendliness would have been highly appreciated instead of the horrendous attitude she gave us. Please tell her to seek new employment elsewhere where she won't be faced with passengers as it seems like she doesn't understand what her job entails. I'll be sad to see her in your airline next time I fly with you.
