My father passed away,so the time when it comes to claim for the funeral policy they(Abacus) denied the claim. Reason because there was a payment outstanding. Fair enough if my elderly father who was half blind for got to make a payment(around March 2024) amd they cancelled the policy,but they still took his policy payments every month and the last one was 9 Feb 2025. He passed away 10 Feb 2025. They said they send him an sms about the arrears,the problem is he is half blind and cant read sms's. I disputed the reason for the claim being denied,even though I said I will pay the outstanding payment, nothing!! I lodged an appeal and still haven't heard anything!! This company is oy there to ***** people's money and they are looking for evey reason not to pay out. Worst off all,I sit in New Zealand currently and cant do anything from this side.
Great Fast efficient service. Orders never take longer than 2 days to deliver,mostly the next day amd I live 500km from where its dispatched. Even to return a product is hassle free and fast. Will not shop anywhere else again.
Gave them my phone to sell. After a week im still waiting for payment. Full of excuses.then I did not fill in "paperwork" and it will be mailed(still waiting) and then they have a backlog of payments because of fraud cases. Now it is loaded amd was supposed to clear last night. Stay away people!!
Vox is useless. They never get back to you even though they respond on Hello peter by saying they will ask support services and so on.useless company
Useless telecom company. Cam see why they sponsor the Lions because they are just as **** as them. Internet is way more down than Open Serve and is down again now. Line speed I do not get what I pay for. They dont reply to my e-mails. In the 18 months that I have been with them is more than a f@ckup than a pleasure. I dont know why we as consumers must take this.
This Bank is useless. You can complain,they will reply to that your business is very important to them and that they will escalate the matter and blah blah blah. So I am still waiting for Standard Bank to contact me. Was the biggest mistake in my life to switch my home loan and accounts over to them. Should have stayed at FNB.
I phone(multiple times) Standard Bank Homeloans more than a week ago,e-mail and SMS(3 times) and I am still waiting for the home loans department. I wanted to fixed the interest rate on my bond,but ja so im still waiting. They did phone 1 time and I could not take the call immediately but phoned them back in just to be told they will phone me. Why they could not put me through to a home loans agent I did not know. I phoned them again and were told they gave it to a supervisor or someone and they are going to phone me back,but still waiting. I sent them sms's that they say you must do on their website and still im waiting for their call back. I thought FNB was bad,but this banks tops it and just to top it off their cards dont work at till points.
Worst bank by far. Im a "PRESTIGE BANKER/CLIENT" but their service is horrendous. I am supposed to have a personal banker,but I can never get hold of him(first person that I mailed to open an account) Im trying to open up an account for my child but it has been an horrific experience. 1-they do not call you back when you click on the link! 2-I phoned them and were told "sir you have a banker,let me put you through to them". Surprise surprise he is not available or any of them! The lady actually phoned me back and said she will give them the message,but ja im still waiting. 3-decided to go to a branch,but what a mistake.after sitting and waiting for nearly 2 hours I have been told the system is offline and they cant help me now . Last month the system was also offline! This has been the worst 3 months off banking I ever received. All was well and good when I applied and moved my homeloan,but as soon as I signed and the homeloan was approved all went to ****. Just to top it off,U-Counts is offline again month end.
I gave in a smart tv for repairs on 25 March. The tv was bought in December 2021(3 months old) It is now almost 3 weeks and no TV They dont want to give me the repair centres number. Their ****ty attitude is,lay a complaint. Its unexcepptable that I have to wait for 3 weeks and on top of that they dont want to tell me where its sent,how long it will be or give me the number.
Vodacom is worst than Government. Now you now how **** they are!! They have my phone for more than 4 weeks.after a battle they finally are going to give me credit for a new phone since they dont have spares. It is now more than 3 days that I struggle for them to issue a credit note so I can get a new phone. They are a bunch of ****ing incompetant idiots.
